“Visited the store for the first time today, it was a July at noon. A parking lot was packed, but it was all drive-through traffic for the most part. We parked in the Sam’s parking lot, walked right in, placed our order and had our food in about five minutes. It was tasty delicious and the staff was great.“

“We went to this Five Guys after visiting the butterfly feeding experience at Dothan Botanical Gardens, and it did not disappoint. The kids enjoyed hot dogs, fries, and a cheeseburger, while I had a small cheeseburger and my husband chose the little bacon cheeseburger. But let me tell you, the gentlemen that helped me, his name is Andrew, is just an absolute gem for Firehouse Subs. Every customer that came in while I was there, including myself, he took care of, in such a kind, and courteous way. Even running to hold the door open for guests that were leaving after getting their food. I don’t live in Dothan, but when I come here I will make a point of stopping in again when I need some good food, and amazing service.“

“Hands down, the best cheesesteak spot in Dothan. The food here is incredible (so flavorful, juicy, and made exactly right). You can tell they care about quality. “DQ has gotten a bad rap on the internet and not to say some DQ, maybe as the internet suggests . To be fair, the DQ I went and go to has a good rating for the health department, and it's clean. Even in the lunch rush, I was impressed and will return.“

“I have to say when everyone else has gotten more expensive and the quality has gone downhill, checkers never ceases to amaze me on how they continue to give you the best value and more food than any other fast food restaurant! This is my favorite go to late night when I have to grab something quick and don’t have time to make anything. For under $10 you can get a combo Meal with a two sandwiches and actually get full compared to McDonald’s two small cheeseburgers for over $10 and it’s not even good. The staff is always super friendly and super quick with getting everything out. Never a long wait and they’re always very helpful. “I used to live in Kennesaw Georgia and that cookout was awful! When I saw one that was coming to Dothan Alabama I was like well that sucks! But then I actually went to cookout because somebody wanted to go to the one in Dothan Alabama and I was blown away! The food was 10 times better and the service was 10 times better! “I was impressed because our order was prepared correctly, even with customization (different type of bun on one sandwich). The food was very good and the service was friendly. Just be sure to ask for Arby's sauce or Horsey sauce if you need them, because they don't just throw a couple in each bag anymore like they used to.“

“As a former Subway employee, I can honestly say this is the only Subway I will eat at. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to keep a restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly during busy rushes, and this location consistently does an amazing job. Even when I travel out of town to Ozark, I make sure to stop here first and grab food to take with me because I trust the quality that much.

The staff is always friendly, courteous, and hardworking. Every time I come in, they seem busy, which says a lot about how popular this location is, but they still take the time to treat customers with respect and keep the line moving. The manager is also a genuinely nice fellow who clearly cares about both the employees and the customers. You can tell this store is well-run and takes pride in what they do.

If you want fresh food, great service, and a Subway location that actually maintains high standards, this is the place to go.“

“I placed an order on the app, and then called to let them know I'm 2 minutes away, so please set it aside.
When I get there, there are 6 people at the counter, and all of them seemed confused about my order. I believe they ended up giving it away to someone else, so I waited for them to make the breakfast meal again for me.

The staff seemed nice and professional, the food was good, and the store looked clean and kept up.

However, the bathroom was horrible. The soap was nearly empty, the floors were icky, and both toilets were disgusting.“

“Checkers dosnt get enough credit. From my experiences they are always friendly, always insures the speed of service, and quality of order. Food is always hot and fresh. The absolute best thing on the menu is the fry breaded mozzerella sticks. Man are they good. But the chicken bacon mother cruncher is also a favorite.“

“I love this location especially for breakfast. I had an initial problem by receiving the wrong order by accident. When I called to rectify the situation, they were already aware of the mistake. “this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“We stopped at this Taco Bell while driving back from Panama City, and I have to give a huge shout‑out to the employee who helped us. A few of our items were made incorrectly, and without hesitation they went above and beyond to remake everything with a great attitude.

Travel days can be long, and having someone take the time to fix things the right way — and do it kindly — really made a difference. The food came out perfect, and the service was even better.

“I come to this McDonald's daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. The lady (and I use that term lossely) said I put the Carmel in there (it was quite bitter with no Carmel taste at all) and made an ugly face at me. I then told the server at the front counter that they could throw the drink in the garbage as there was no way that I would drink it. The manager came out and offered a refund which I refused. Then the server came out and apologized which she had nothing to be sorry about. She said she had to tell the manager because she didn't want her face messed up (she was an older lady). Sad that she has to be scared of a co-worker. I decided to leave without eating anything.“

“This is the best Subway in Dothan. The ladies that work here are just wonderful, they do there jobs amazingly, they get you through almost like a Chick-Fil-A. They seem to have a awesome system down, no matter how many people are in front of you they get them in and out with a perfectly made sandwich. The sandwiches are always made properly, you’re not skimped on the meat or toppings. When I think about subway this is the Subway that comes to mind. Everyone at this location needs a raise.“

“I don’t ever eat at McDonald’s, I think their food is trash. That’s the reason I gave the food rating three stars but these past few months, I’ve been doing DoorDash. I have recently gotten a couple things myself, when I didn’t have time for anything else. I do have to say that the service has been impeccable and very fast no matter how long of a wait it was. Whether it was waiting for a customers order or my own, they have been very accommodating and a better experience than I’ve definitely had in the past. I personally am not a fan of McDonald’s. Especially with how small and lesser quality their food has gotten, I mean sorry products. You can’t call that food with all the chemicals and buy products. “I love Papa John’s pizza but I noticed that the last time I was in picking up my pizza you couldn’t move forward with the new card readers without saying you don’t want to leave a tip or leave one. My question is why should I tip the people who are making salary when I use my gas and my time to pick it up. If I had it delivered yes I definitely should tip the driver! But if I go pick it up it shouldn’t ask me if I want to leave it tip.“

They were also out of cucumbers but that no big deal. On our order we were supposed to get a bag of chips with one of the sandwiches, it wasn’t in there and I hadn’t checked the bag before leaving so that was a bummer.“

“This Auntie Anne's location is a hidden gem! Despite being tucked away in a struggling mall, the pretzels here are absolutely top-notch. My experience was elevated by the fantastic customer service. The friendly staff member went above and beyond to answer all my questions with a smile and a dash of humor.

The pretzels themselves were made fresh to order and tasted incredible. If you're craving a delicious, perfectly-baked pretzel, look no further – this Auntie Anne's is a sure bet!

“Couldn't use my coupon the get a turkey footlong for $6.99 because she said it wasn't in their system. My coupon expires 2/6/26. Why is subway coupons not in their system? Was told I could get the $8.99 meal coupon. That did not make sense to me.
The sub was great! Bread was thick compared to the little bit of food inside. All the toppings looked fresh. Footlong chocolate chip cookie was tasty as well.
Store was clean . Bathroom was clean.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Jack’s Restaurant in Dothan last Monday 6/22/26! The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot.

The peach milkshake was absolutely amazing, one of the best I’ve had! 🍑🥤 The crispy chicken salad was fresh and flavorful, and the chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and very tasty. The hot dog combo was also a great choice.

A special thank you to Shanetra for her friendly service and kindness. She made us feel welcome and took great care of us. ❤ We also appreciated seeing the manager checking on customers and making sure everyone’s needs were met. That level of customer service really stood out.

Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend the peach milkshake, chicken salad, and chicken sandwich. We will definitely be back!

No kidding we got like a $50 order our food they had a spoon around the ordered a lot our food came out hot fresh everything like it should nothing was messed up I tried something different for the first time I got a nachos Bell grande with the chips on the side I will never eat it any differen there's so much in the bowl for Ronaldo's Bell grande I don't even think I had enough chips but that's okay I dipped my five layer leafy five layer in the rest of it either way the young man working the window today and it is January 6th 2026 and this is about 9:45 10:00 this morning just a little while ago The main at the window and the beautiful sweet lady who brought the food out I think she might have been a manager not sure Don't need to go around Dothan and teach people how to act with the public because top notch I mean top notch patient so patient with me because I wasn't for sure what I wanted thank you so much so so much we don't go out a lot well we do but we don't usually buy for the the group and they're all just crazy cuz they haven't had food come out there that good in a long time whatever you're doing keep doing it I will be back I definitely will be back and thank you Taco Bell thank you to staff that's how customers should be treated at all times I'm in so amazed because there's so many places here in Dothan that just suck at customer service thank you guys so much My husband and I truly appreciate it and started the rest of the gang out heret“
