“I usually don’t write reviews, but this store in particular deserves the attention and recognition. Every single time I’m in the drive thru, I’ve gotten through quickly and everyone is so nice. The two times I’ve had a problem with my drink, Ari (I hope that’s her name) and Burton (like Tim Burton he says), were super quick to resolve my issues and am delighted to see them when I come through. When I came inside for my mobile I was spoken to by at least 4 different people in the 15 seconds I was inside the building. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!“
“Overall great experience! The staff was super nice and helpful choosing a flavored tea to try and suggested drinks they liked. The Jimmy Buffet with strawberry is wonderful with 6 grams of protein and Lift. The store was super clean and very inviting. Menus listed with multiple new drinks to try. The owners and staff are top notch. This store deserves the business with the City of Alabaster!“

“Nice friendly and prompt service. There wasn't a huge line and the store was clean and tidy. I haven't been to SB in a while, did they stop putting on sleeves for hot coffees? I had to wait a while before I could actually drink my Latte. The food is okay but a bit overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't have chosen Starbucks but I was given a gift card.“

“We really needed a few packs of 5$ gift cards, and we stopped at this location. Unfortunately they didn’t have any, but they were extremely helpful
And the manager called the nearby corporate store to see if they had the packs. Most Starbucks Ive been to hasn’t been as helpful as they were, thank you for your help and we appreciate you.“

“I wanna say thanks to the Hoover 459 flyover Starbucks. Yesterday i went through the drive through at the new Bessemer Starbucks to redeem my free Birthday drink but they charged me for it 🙄🤦🏼♂️. So today the Hoover Starbucks honored my free Birthday Drink even after my birthday. They were very friendly about it. Thank you for your great customer service!!!“

“Very nice Starbucks, loved the seating arrangement!! I live in Fl. and Cullman. Wish Cullman seating was the same as this one. I love the staff in Cullman, very friendly. In Fl. I have many Starbucks to choose from. I love the single stuffed chairs as setting. I wish they all had these. Cullman has benches, also long tables and hard chairs. Don’t like this set up.“
