“This was my first visit to the Oneonta McDonald's. Donte was super friendly and really represents McDonald's well. The entire team were working so well together. This is the first McDonald's I've been in where everyone was happy and smiling and was happy to see you. Donte is the type of employee I would hire and McDonald's is lucky to have him in Oneonta.“

“Mr. Charles was wonderful!!! He was unhappy with the driver door dash sent due to their poor attitude so he took it on himself to personally get our food delivered just to make sure we would be happy with our experience. Beyond amazing customer service! Thank you Mr. Charles!!!!“
