“Last month was the first time me and my fiancé came here and I had the crawfish box and it was delicious! Crawfish was great! I been getting crawfish every other day and love it! I do not like the gumbo, corn should not be in gumbo snd need to add some crabs in there! Than it will be great! Other than that I love the crawfish plate and the lady that works up front is really nice and sweet and very professional!! She makes me want to keep coming back! ?“

“My granddaughter and I recently dined at Chuck’s Fish to celebrate her graduation. The food, drinks and atmosphere were excellent. We had kimchi Brussels, uptown shrimp, and a delicious sushi roll. Then we really did it up big with the white chocolate bread pudding. The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and attentive. Can’t say enough about how delicious the meal was. One of the owners came to our table and checked on us to make sure we were being taken care of, which we were. I would highly, highly recommend this place!!!“

Raw oysters were amazing - MUST get the champagne sauce.
The Bacon oysters were my favorite!
We shared the jambalaya and pheasant… amazing!
The jambalaya had tons of seafood in it with depth of flavor. Pheasant was so juicy with crispy skin.
Must get biscuits too - honey butter was so perfect for them. Highly recommend if you’re in town.“

“We've dined at the Dauphin's a few times before during previous visits to Mobile, AL and always enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, this recent visit during Memorial Day weekend was a bit of a letdown. While the service was okay, the food left much to be desired. The main issue was the white fish of the day limon style, which was overcooked ~ extremely dry and hard with a side of overcooked, slimey asparagus. This was quite disappointing, especially since it's a dish I've enjoyed here in the past. However, the rest of the items we ordered were pretty good, maintaining the quality I've come to expect. I have to add that portions are above average size so if you're looking to try dessert, you may want to skip appetizers. One consistent highlight is the view from the 34th floor, which is simply amazing and adds a wonderful ambiance to the dining experience, especially during sunset. The cocktail with thyme is also great. Overall, this visit was not as impressive as previous ones, but I hope it was just an off night for the kitchen. We may give it another chance due to the beautiful setting and the generally good food we've had in the past. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I'd only be able to give it 3 stars.“

“Wow! This place is a hidden gem! We were seated without any wait, by the chef himself. Our server was not just friendly, she took the time to chat with us. We ordered the Oyster Sampler to start and they are not lying when they say their Chargrilled Oysters are famous! Definitely our favorite, but the others were delicious as well. Then we ordered the broiled JO Platter with a house salad and fried okra. The salad was so fresh with their house made ranch and croutons. So delicious, I couldn’t stop eating it! We had to get their bread pudding to go because we were so full, but our server told us the best way to serve it. Can’t wait to try it! The service was absolutely fantastic! Wish we had one of these in Atlanta!!“

“It’s been years since I’ve been to the Boiling Pot and I’m so glad we decided to visit on Tuesday. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything we ordered we enjoyed. We had a steamed platter, popcorn shrimp platter, shrimp and catfish platter and the crawfish bread. Everything was perfect, even the sides. The crawfish bread was insanely good. The prices were also quite reasonable. The shrimp was big, even the popcorn shrimp. I will definitely be back.“

Space very small. Only 2 tables but got lucky & snagged one.

Feed 8. 4lbs jumbo shrimp fried and quart of oysters fried comes to about 95$. Feeds 8 a feast of shrimp and oyster. I have 6 roommates we do this often. “I recommend them for their drinks! The drinks are really good and worth the price you pay! The food on the other hand is usually good, but this specific visit I asked for no onions on my sandwich and they still put onions on it. I told the waiter that I said no onions and showed him where they had onions on it and he said oh OK and didn't come back to the table until 10 minutes later with some sauce I ordered. So I guess that just meant that my sandwich wasn't gonna get remade or anything, so I just picked out the onions, but it still smells like onions. Total bummer and waste of money at that point but I didn't wanna cause a scene. I'll say if you get your food check to make sure it's right because nothing was done for mine“

“Mobile’s best kept secret ! Food is ahhhmazjng. I seldom order lamb in any restaurant because it’s never as good as mine but this place was almost better than mine 😱. The bread pudding is to die for. The waiter was great and I would eat here every day if I could. Only downside is no alcohol… I do enjoy a good glass of wine with dinner. That won’t keep me away though !“

“A friend and I tried this place for the first time today. We were greeted by the cutest little puppy. We ate outside and, our burgers came out fast and was the best Swiss jalapeño mushroom burger I ever had in my entire life. I highly recommend everyone try this, you will not regret it. I will be telling all of my customers and friends“
