“Went yesterday for lunch. Service (Brent) was excellent. He was attentive but not intrusive. Had to explain certain items on the menu which he did without hesitation. Had fish and chips. Excellent. Would definitely recommend. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back and try other items on menu.“

“We had the crawfish and they were good but my favorite part was the hospitality and entertainment. When we walked in we were given samples of chicken and dumplings then while we were eating he noticed we didn’t have anything to drink so he handed us 3 waters and also brought bread out to my SIL to go with her dumplings. Very friendly southern and homey Cajun atmosphere. Not sure if I’ve ever experienced dining like this before but I dig it- also never leave reviews but felt like this place needed one!“

“It’s been years since I’ve been to the Boiling Pot and I’m so glad we decided to visit on Tuesday. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything we ordered we enjoyed. We had a steamed platter, popcorn shrimp platter, shrimp and catfish platter and the crawfish bread. Everything was perfect, even the sides. The crawfish bread was insanely good. The prices were also quite reasonable. The shrimp was big, even the popcorn shrimp. I will definitely be back.“

“Oysters shrimp crab. Very very fresh. Lots of people go here. Sad they have so many complaints given their prices. Inexpensive seafood party. Feed 8. 4lbs jumbo shrimp fried and quart of oysters fried comes to about 95$. Feeds 8 a feast of shrimp and oyster. I have 6 roommates we do this often. Best place in mobile for fried oysters by the pint or .“

“Great food the atmosphere was okay at the time the man was not very receptive because it's kind of young and kind of dismissive but there were two young children that were behind the counter kind of helping him so it made it worth it because they were just adorable and they were fast and friendly and they gave us a great service but the man behind the desk and I mean the counter we had a laugh the two channels are in behind the counter make it all made it all worth it great customer service and the two little girls“

“The food taste great, it even look good, but when the food is passed through the window and the cashier opens the food up for the customer to see it, she/he either need to have a hand wipe to pull out to wipe their hand or put on some sanitize gloves.Before they open the food up..Many people have caught Food Poisoning this year and Restaurants have been closed down (YOU) Wind Wing Station don't want nothing like that to happen to them, I'm sure...“

“The customer service here is by far one of the best I have gotten at any “fast food” establishment! I come here pretty frequently on Fridays and from the cooks to the front end staff, everyone is so incredibly friendly! Even when they are swamped, they still seem to muster up those smiles and keep on trucking! My food is always made perfect and I absolutely love coming here!! Keep it up!! :)“

“We were in Mobile from out of town. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to give this restaurant a review after our experience.
We wanted take out and needed a place with Tofu.
We settled on this place. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and atmosphere.
Yes the lady behind the counter was busy but told us to look at the menu and let her know when we are ready to order.
She efficiently took our large order and wait time was minimal.
Everything was delicious hot and fresh.
I would definitely recommend and eat here again.“

“This is my favorite restaurant in Mobile . The best time to eat there is between 3-5 pm. The food is awesome, fresh and hot! The service is great, the staff is friendly and professional. I give them 5 stars! Price is excellent!“

“If you’re looking for fresh seafood THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I have been coming here since they opened a few years ago. Very welcoming when you come in and always good food. I have never had a bad experience here EVER, I wouldn’t consider waiting a bad experience. I will forever buy my seafood here it’s just always cooked perfectly and nice and juicy (my favorite part). I have swapped my orders out recently as my lady and I both like the crawfish. I have been ordering the Steamed Shrimp meal and getting 6 or so pounds of crawfish to share which is perfect for us. There prices aren’t really any higher than anywhere else you go so to me that’s a win. Next time you go try the crawfish drenched in butter TO DIE FOR!“
