“I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. No lettuce was on it and it was mostly bread with very little avocado. I’ve had the veggie many times before mostly at other locations and it’s never looked like this. Pic attached.“

“I go here at least once per week for lunch during working hours, and when my kids want to go out to eat, they always request to go here for dinner on the weekend as well. The sandwiches and the salads are absolutely amazing since everything is fresh, and you get to pick every single ingredient as they make it for you. I have to rave about Teressa at the Subway in Crestwood! The food line was absolutely immaculate—seriously, it looked ready for a commercial. You can tell she takes pride in her work and treats the restaurant like she owns it. She was professional, warm, welcoming, and made the entire experience enjoyable. This was the best customer service I’ve had at any food establishment in years. Subway is lucky to have her—she definitely deserves a raise!“

“Everything is great here. They let you know before you even order if something is out. Not by a sign but a real human. You can get your sandwich mikes way or just make it your own. Very nice staff and bathrooms always clean.

The food was Subway… Good and tasty, but the counter person who took my order and made my sandwiches (Lucas) was a throwback. He had personality and humor to match his hard work! So impressed with this young dude. He’s a keeper.“
