“I have celiac disease and lactose intolerance and seriously cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is very knowledgeable about cross contact. They even have a separate oven for gluten free pizzas! Every pizza on the menu could be made gluten/dairy free. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will be coming here regularly!“

“Caffè Di Roma is a fantastic new addition to Liberty Park! We ordered the Chicken Parmesan family dinner for four, and it was absolutely delicious. “Congratulations to Mama Sherri who has been there 40 years this year. I worked there with her as a teen. I happened to see another cast member that worked with me. I had not seen them in years over 20 yrs. It was great. A lot has changed. No sky tube and I understand why, no ball pit and I understand why. At first I didn't get removing the animatronics but after seeing a few movies, I understand. It's some truth to movies you know. We still had a party with Chuck E. Cheese he danced and took pictures with us. We love you Chuck! Had a ball. Oh, they charge to get into the mini trampoline park. $10 they're gonna wanna get in there. And the pizza sucked and it used to be great. Could have had 5 stats.“

“Okay so, the district manager was there tonight running the show by herself. I couldn’t imagine how stressful that was first off. Second off, the pizza she made was so delicious! Best one I ever received. I should have asked for her name. It was on 7-12-2025 in Vestavia/hoover. However she made it timely and better than anyone could. Perfect attitude. Honestly I may of had a crush lol, either way props to her for being the OG of the night.“

“Wes and got out of the house today and grabbed lunch at Newks at the Vestavia location. Y’all, it was delicious! My mom has long been a fan and suggested I eat there. I’m sorry it took me so long. We did curbside service and got the black & blue salad and the five cheese pesto pizza. Of course we had to sample a side of their five cheese Mac and cheese. Everything was excellent!!!! Definitely grab and go/curbside at Newks. Let them take care of supper tonight.“
