“We are there this evening! Driving by you wouldn’t even think it to be a restaurant if you don’t see the probably 40 year old portable Marquee sign out front. Definitely a place to stop if you are ever traveling through the area. Food is all homemade, I had a seafood platter and my wife had the whole catfish platter. Everything was good as it could get, I cleared my plate and my wife had to get a doggie bag, she could finish everything as is how it normally goes with her. It ran us around $55 tip included. The owner not sure if his name is Truman or not but said he had owned the place for ten years. He came out to check on us several times as well as the cook. Very rural area this is located at. Paper plates and red solo cups are how you are served. I would give it a rating of 8 of 10. The only down side is they only open in the evening three days a week. But if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.“
