“My son & I went thru the drive thru at Freddys in Benton on April 1st, peanut butter shake had coconut in it, hawaiian delight shake was supposed to be no nuts, no whipped cream, well had whipped cream so they took that off but after leaving the rest. I discovered no macademia nuts but was choked full of pecans, tried to complain but got treated like it was just a game, well it could have been serious, but for now won't be going back!!!!!!“

“We love Taco Bueno. We just went through the drive through. So much better than Taco Bell, and we wish we had them in TN, so we always stop at one for dinner/ lunch if there's any on the way when we travel. The staff were really sweet to our kids and us.

But today after I got off work I went over to get my fiancé a $5 dollar box and after he got Thur eating it he takes a bite out of a this leg and the way it looks and the way it was just to under cooked or something but right after 10 minutes late he got sick. “Faster service here than other locations. The young lady was very nice and attentive to our special ordering. Food was fresh and hot. The lobby was clean and well kept. The soda fountain was fully stocked and wiped down. There was some kind of parking construction so we had to maneuver and walk but, it was worth it.“

“Please, hire some new people. My girlfriend LOVES Arby's, and continues to send me there quite often. It has been SOOO long since we have gotten a correct order. (I'm talking months) Tonight was wrong sandwiches, the fries were correct...(old and cold, but they were crinkle fries) most often its wrong fries. (We order crinkle, they usually give curley. Do they get a bonus for pushing curley fries?) The girl at the window was very polite.

Please fix this, as my girlfriend will continue to give Arby's chance after chance.

Went back tonight 12-26-2025. Looked like a new crew. Service was awesome. Guy at the window took time to read back my order, got all of the correct food. All fresh and tasty! Even got the crinkle fries! MUCH BETTER CREW! I have faith in Arby's once again!“

“Normally when I go here it sucks its slow small and awful food but today when I went it was fast and good and I say its because of Daywin if I spelled that right he was ready to give me my food and drink and take my order with a smile something I rarely ever see and this Hardee's. Daywin has that place running smooth.“

“Love Panda Express. The menu is varied, the food is fresh, and the flavors are fabulous. This particular location is difficult to reach. It's on the I-30 frontage road but the turn into the parking lot is less that a block from the exit ramp so its a little harrowing trying to get there crossing the far right lane to reach the parking lot.“

“I eat here once a month while visiting family in Benton; I have to admit we get the same meal each time. However, those chicken strips with potatoes and gravy are always great! Fast service whether I order online or in person. Polite help and management at the counter. They must be doing something right, this KFC is always busy!“

“I will only order from Jonah at this Pizza Hut because when we do he makes sure our pizza comes out perfect and fresh everytime. If I were in a position to hire I'd suggest you hire more like this gentleman. Jonah cooked our dinner tonight and we are completely satisfied. “I try the on-line ordering. I was a little overwhelm me some. I made remarks in the Special Request. Got home and both sandwiches had all the veggies on them. THAT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED. “I hadn’t ordered Papa John’s in almost 3 years after a bad experience at a location in Little Rock. This time, I decided to give it another try at this location, mainly because it was the only restaurant open at the time. I’m glad I did!

The service was excellent prompt, friendly staff, and my order was nearly ready when I arrived for pickup. The pizza tasted just as good as I remembered. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back.“

“I had a very unpleasant experience with a worker at this location. And I literally drive past multiple other Subways to coem here quite often as I have a picky eater that only eats a handful of things - subway being one of them!
I asked for the owners info to talk to him about it. He went above and beyond what was required to help me. He started by telling me how much he appreciates my business and then he offered more than necessary to make the situation right.
I was SO impressed with his professionalism and kindness.
