8 Best Sandwich Shops in Jonesboro

“I love the food and the servers are nice/ good at what they do and the restaurant is always so clean! However, recently i found not one but two hairs in my food. I also noticed that no one was wearing any braids, hair in buns, or even hair nets.
Don’t get me wrong, i loved the food but did not want to Finnish my grape salad after finding 2 hairs in my food… i don’t mind coming back because i do enjoy the food but next time i visit i am checking the food before consumption… please wear hair nets or tie up the hair so that it doesn’t get into the food… it seems like someone with white or blond hair lost some in my food… l have brown hair so it’s not mine x(“

“Fantastic customer service. The food was brought out to us fast and was delicious . The bread is fresh and flavorful. My favorite is the Potato soup, I have had it at several restaurants, but find this to be one of the best. The manager came out and visited with us, he is full of energy and very attentive to detail. Highly recommend them.“

“Service was very slow. Food was good. Lots of meat on my Hero. Lots of dirty tables. Girl did clean one off for us. We had 6 in our group and was on the same bill. We were first in line when we arrived. After quite a bit of time 5 of us got our sandwiches. The last sandwich came out a few minutes later. The Firehouse Sub Shop on Red Wolf Blvd. in Jonesboro is the best of its 2 locations.“

“Desi is awesome. We ordered lunch through Door Dash and one of the sandwiches was missing, we got it replaced through Door Dash, but Desi went out of her way to contact us to make sure we didn’t double pay for the sandwich that was left behind. 10/10 delicious food and amazing customer service!!“
