“Houston TX Hot Chicken absolutely delivers! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with bold flavor. The spice level had just the right kick without overpowering the taste. The sides were fresh, the portions were generous, and everything came out hot and made to order.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean, had a great atmosphere, and the overall experience exceeded expectations.

“I was looking for a new place to have lunch delivered to my job. I decided chicken tenders sounded good and I was RIGHT. The tenders are huge. I got 3 and ended up giving one away. The mashed taters and gravy hit the spot and you can tell the coleslaw is handmade. All of my coworkers started fawning all over my lunch and it looks like we'll be doing a group order soon!“

“The food was alright and the vibe was off when I was there it looked liked they were having a meeting in the middle of the rush, but then I was helped by a young name I recall his name was Victor very welcoming and pleasant great customer service from him.“

“Honestly I worked in a Popeye's and this is the best customer service I've had at any Popeyes, Juan was amazing. My husband and I came in late at night it was like 10:00 they made our food fresh for us. They were busy and they still went out of their way for us. I could definitely recommend this Popeye's.“

However, by the next time I stopped in I had the distinct pleasure of meeting MARCIA.

Despite this being a drive-through she is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and her customer service skills are through the roof. Sooo professional, That’s not an easy feat…so kudos to Marcia for being an absolute rockstar⭐️ on that visit and the subsequent ones as well.
