“I just visited this Starbucks while passing through Phoenix. Such nice, friendly staff that works here. It would have been nice to be able to tip them. Why do so many Starbucks not have tip jars? It makes me not like or want to support the company. It’s the service industry- they deserve tips!“

“I visit one of my sisters every other Sunday morning. Her favorite drink happens to be Starbuck's mango dragonfruit refresher. Sooo being the great sister that I am, I stop to buy her drink there. I use the app, and it is so fast and easy. I'm in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 mins. Very helpful and courteous staff each time I visit, thx so much.“
