“Can I just take a moment to thank Shelby for her AMAZING customer service? I came into the store on 7/20/24. At that time, this Starbucks location was dealing with the aftermath of the CrowdStrike outage that wreaked havoc on many businesses. I can't remember the exact problem they were having -- I know the drive thru was open, up and running -- but they were unable to process payments in-store as fully as usual. I was struggling like a Neanderthal to use my digital Starbucks Card in my Apple Wallet (cyber isn't my strong suit). Shelby was SO VERY PATIENT with me, and even tried to help me troubleshoot my issue, walking me through different ways to access my account and balance. She ultimately *did* figure out my problem, but I wasn't going to be able to use my Starbucks balance for that day's transaction. Shelby very kindly went to some trouble to enable me to use an alternate method of payment, saving my coffee date with my friend, and making me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again, Shelby!“
“Friendly associates, but a bit inattentive. I had to search for napkins since the dispenser was empty and neither associate would face the front of the counter to see that I still needed something. They seemed to not hear when I called out an "excuse me".Drinks were great, made perfect and without issue. Facility was in another store. It was clean and comfortable.All in all, I would purchase here again.“

Parking: About 10 spots but most people go through the drive-thru.“
“I get take out coffee from this location when shopping at the Safeway. Coffee here is better than the store run stand in Safeway. Always use Starbucks app, only been inside once in 15 years, so I don't recall anything about the inside or food. Just good coffee.“
