The parking lot and the drive-thru lines were full of cars.🚗🚗🚗
📲They do have an app that you can use to order ahead if you are in a hurry. The restaurant is also in the front of part of a strip mall, so you can also park out in the bigger lot and walk a few feet if you don't want to deal with the traffic in their main parking lot.
😋They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We had a Cobb Salad 🥗 with their avocado dressing and a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The chicken was tender.
The waffle fries were good. They don't have an option of regular French fries. The salad greens were fresh and crispy. You can also choose the chicken option(breaded/grilled) you want on your salad.
🥤☕🧃Drinks available include sodas, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, water, and apple juice boxes with the kids' meal.
😃This location had plenty of employees to get your order out as quickly as possible. The staff was polite and friendly. They also had a team member out in the dining area helping to keep tables clean and checking to see if customers were doing alright with their meals. 👩‍🍳😃

“Being from Cali, my wife and I we’re very familiar with Baja Fresh. My wife missed it a lot. She was excited to try the new place. The food was ok, certainly not spectacular, it was a little skimpy on the meat and more expensive than I remembered. $20 for a taco, a burrito and a drink??!? I could have gone to the finest Mexican restaurant in town and order a much more reasonable combo plate. Also, bring so new, none of the young employees had a clue as to what they were doing. Not in any rush to come back.“

Vegetarian options: I think they make things vegetarian or vegan if possible upon request. There is a bean rice cheese burrito that can be ordered w/ out cheese. Crunchtada tostada. Fries. Beyond taco.“

“i made a delivery order and it was delivered to the wrong address. I made the order through the tacobell app but it was misdelivered by doordash. after no luck reaching doordash i went through the drive through to replace my order and explained what happened. The staff was so nice to me and threw in cinnamon twists & a drink upgrade for the situation. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they were very nice about it and still tried to make it right. “We hit Filiberto's when no one wants to cook. Their 2 carne asada burritos meal combo literally feeds 4 to 5 people. We ask for our pico and guacamole to be on the side, when we get home we open our burritos and stir in the rice and beans. We then re-fold our burritos and have enough for another 2 maybe 3 burritos but for $25 dollars it goes a long way for our family“

“On Christmas I was a here and my food was very old and customer service was subpar. I call the Manager William the next day he said he’d take care of it. I went in today and the Manager was not there. A young man name Mauricio gave excellent service and made sure the food was fresh and I appreciate him and the rest of this evening staff for going the extra mile.“

“The pretzels here were nice and fresh. I call it Goldilocks experience. The original place I got was not too dry nor too moist; it was the right texture and consistency without too much grease. Also, I like how it was coated with the right amount of salt too- I do like my salt but not to the point that it's overpowering.The pretzel also was warm- just the right temperature to eat. It was filling as well. Service was nice and quick. Definitely give this place a chance.“

“I am a 52 year old disabled guy that has been a BK fan since high school. We moved to Gilbert nine months ago so I’ve been hitting this store at Chandler Blvd and Cooper Rd ever since.
Every time that I’ve come here, which is a 2-3 times a month average, the food has been good but not stellar. Thankfully, the service has been STELLAR every time and my last stop is the reason for this review.

I went in Tuesday, 12/10/24 at 9:52 PM, literally 8 minutes before they close (see photo of my receipt).
I ordered the Whopper Jr deal with a TON of add-on’s and changes to them, along with other food, drink and frozen items as a to-go order.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Morgan Pena at the counter and despite the time that I came in at and all of my pain in the butt needs, she got everything right on them and with a genuine smile and kindness to me! She is a truly above average employee that cares, which is a rarity these days so I asked for her name so I could make this review.

The food was good overall with fresh veggies but the buns were a bit stale, thus the 4 star rating. They were not horribly so but they should not have been served. The nuggets were HOT and fresh, my Hershey pie was properly frozen and was bagged separately to keep them so and the hot items HOT. Again, kudos to Morgan for that!
The place was clean and the beverage area was too, which I don’t usually see at other places nowadays.“
