“When we go to Flagstaff, we HAVE to go to Fratelli's. Routte 66 pizza is the best thing ever. This last time, different location, but it just didnt tasye the same, maybe cheaper ingrediants? Im not sure, but it just didnt hit the spot. Its been like 3 years, but wasnt the same. Im hoping they get better for the next trip, which is why I gave a 4 and not lower. Atmosphere and people were grest though.“

“I want to shoutout who I believe was the manager. After checking the ingredients on the sauces due to the number of allergies I have, we thought I was in the clear. He came back out and let us know that the wings actually did contain a corn/wheat derived ingredient in which I can’t have. He refunded the amount for the wings which was very thoughtful and generous! If we’re ever back in flagstaff we’ll definitely be back incase the family wants Pizza!“

“If you like authentic, This is the place for your Italiano pizza, salad and breadsticks! You can feel the love in the food, it does take some wait time but you will not be disappointed! “It's a great experience every time I walk in to pick up an online order. Every single time, I'm greeted by very friendly employees and they like to double check that everything I ordered is there. I appreciate their kindness. The only downside is that sometimes they don't put enough on the pizzas I order, but they still taste great. Very happy customer!“

“Passing through Flagstaff and really was craving some wings and pizza. I really had no idea this place was this good. Definitely top three best wings I’ve ever had in my life. Pizza was excellent. Reminded me of this old-school Pizza Hut up the street from my house as a kid. Kind of outdated booths, and a very community/family vibe. Staff was nice. Place was quiet. I loved all of it“

“Fat Olives in Flagstaff is absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and truly authentic, and the service was amazing—especially considering we dined there on Christmas Eve Eve, when restaurants are usually extra busy. On Christmas Eve, I realized I had accidentally left my crossbody bag at the restaurant the night before. Even though they were closed for the holiday, the staff went out of their way to open the restaurant just to return my bag before we headed back to Phoenix. That level of kindness and accommodation truly meant so much to me. I’m beyond thankful for their generosity and exceptional customer service. Incredible food, incredible people—highly recommend!“

“Pizzicletta was great. The ambiance and service were fantastic, definitely a cool spot in the heart of Flagstaff. They also have almost daily events. Onto the food, the bee's knees was a great pizza, and if wood fired is your thing this is the place to be. We got the Caesar Salad and WOW, just an absolutely amazing salad. However, the only thing I would say is that it could've used bolder flavors. Maybe swap the honey for a hot honey? Maybe using more sausage? The crust and texture were great, it just felt like it was missing something stronger. Swing by, grab a pint, and enjoy some delicious food the Flagstaff way.“

“Open a little later than most small shops which is pretty convenient. If you’re looking to eat small rather than large places like pizza hut or something i recommend this little place. Staff were nice and helpful. Dining area was small, more of a waiting area. Other than that not bad“

I want to add to the complaint that this service was a "joke" in May, 2021; I'm sorry that things went wrong in May, 2021, according to the tripadvisor letter, but my experience was quick, the staff at Whole Foods customer service was knowledgeable and courteous, I received my refund promptly. I think they have been working on this service, and it is now reliable.“
