“Ftn Hills location has changed their policy to serve old meat, sitting on grill too long, dried out and cold. Fries are cold and rubbery, tomatoes and lettuce are always wilted. Menu shows items they no longer have. And they screwed up my drink. I asked them to cook fresh meat and they still gave me the old meat. NEVER GOING BACK“

“Just had a hiking group stop by Phil's after a couple loops around the fountain. I had the sliders which were excellent and my wife got a Julienne salad which was huge. Everyone had positive feedback on their lunches & service. I always stop in while vacationing here from Michigan and I'm never disappointed. Thanks Phil & staff for ALL you do.“

“Very good, authentic, Mexican food! The new app is wonderful for ordering ahead and earning rewards for discounts.
Update 05-12-25: I discovered one is unable to earn points via the app with a QR code when ordering in person. At least that was my experience in Fountain Hills.“
