Freddy’s Steakburgers never disappoints! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Their steakburgers are some of the best around — juicy with those crispy edges, just the way they should be. The fries are perfectly seasoned and their frozen custard is the perfect way to end any meal.

What really made my visit stand out was the incredible service from Edwin. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days, and Freddy’s is lucky to have him on the team!

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. Perfect for kids. And people of all ages.

“Wow, it makes a difference when you make your burgers with steak instead of hamburger. My wife and I went here for the first time the other day. The cashier was extremely helpful explaining the options and making suggestions. You could tell that she actually liked the place, and it showed in the quality of their food. “I always choose this location to go to when I get Arby's. They are friendly, quick, and never had a problem with my order. Unfortunately, Tonight I tried something new. I asked for a list of ingredients on the new menu item. The person taking the order listed all of the ingredients on it. I asked for no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no onions. She repeated it back and everything else was great! The line moved fast? Friendly service and all. Then when I got to my destination, I opened up my sandwich to find lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I understand I am picky, but I dont think k its out of line to ask to leave aome things off that I dont like. Disappointed I dont get to try the new sandwich, I understand people make mistakes but definitely should have read the order when they made my food.“

“Came to leave a review about the cashier girl, Nicole V, and read a review from a guy named Dan. That guy must have the wrong location and employee because when I was there 3 days ago, which looks like when he showed up, ALLEGEDLY. the girl kind of talked different. I wouldn’t say “high”, but maybe some kind of speech impediment and it was NOT super noticeable. Honestly, maybe she was tired because it was like 11pm, I WAS tired. Drive back there to get my missing tacos, only for them to make me feel like they did not believe me. No, I'm so sorry or here's a nachos for your trouble.
Just a don't know how that happened. Let me see your receipt. Handing me a bag with no acknowledgement at all. Looking at the next customer.
That's a shame. That is one of the closer fast food restaurants to me, and I do like Taco Bell.
Just not the service I received inside the restaurant.

“Did a mobile order for drive- thru pickup. Food was fresh and hot, but even better, was the hospitality, especially from a fast food joint. Our window guy and gal were super friendly and genuine. They apologized for the wait, (wasn't even that long), and she asked if we needed anything else, but like she cared. This isn't the first time we've had great service at this location. Several other locations are just as close, but we will always choose this one.“

“I normally don't rate fast food restaurants but this one went above and beyond the service was amazing by all team members. I want to thank the younger generation of workers here They were respectful and nice, something you don't normally get from this generation. I appreciate each and every worker here. The dining room area is well kept.“
