“I was traveling through on my way to another state when I decided to stop in for Freddy's and grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Her name was Mariah. It's really hard to find good customer service these days, and it was pleasant to find somebody who made actual conversation, who greeted you pleasantly. She took my order, and the order ended up being wrong. Now, I was super upset 'cause I was so tired from traveling with four kids. I went up, I started causing a scene. She handled it so well, even though I was definitely out of line. I started to cause my scene when my husband brought to my attention that he did not order my food correctly, and it was not Freddy's problem, it was mine. I apologized, but she still handled it so well. She was so professional. She was so kind at the end. We ended up laughing and joking. Everything turned out alright. I would have to say this is one of the best Freddy's I have been to. Food was fresh the restaurant was clean and great customer service we all left happy“

“Cafe Zupas absolutely exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was easily a 100 out of 10 clean, modern, welcoming, and full of great energy. The restaurant was packed, which is always a great sign, but what really stood out was how fast and efficient the service still was. The team kept everything moving smoothly without sacrificing quality.

The food and baked goods were incredibly fresh. You can taste the quality in every bite, and the desserts were the perfect finishing touch. Everything from the presentation to the flavor was on point.

If a place stays busy and still delivers quick service, amazing ambiance, and fresh food, that tells you everything you need to know. Highly recommend Cafe Zupas and I’ll definitely be back ✔️“

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. Perfect for kids. And people of all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.“

“The food overall was really good, and the staff was very friendly. My order was ready right when I got there, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the food wasn’t very warm, and the bun on my sandwich was a bit dry, like it had been sitting out too long. Other than that, it was a good experience.“

She absolutely made this visit worth 5 stars! The speaker was broken, so she took our order at the window! It was impressive because she showed great knowledge about the menu. Not only that, but she provided excellent costumer service. SHE was the reason why the experience was so great. ELLIE stands out. She made it an amazing experience- one that I'm still thinking about.

Great variety menu but I love their burgers….thin, double patty’s (which to me isn’t a bad thing because it’s sort of crispy) and full of flavor. I love their thin, crispy french fries but today I tried the tater tots and WOW! Those were YUM too! You shouldn’t skip dessert because their icecream sundaes and shakes are delish! My favorite is the Turtle Sundae.
The drive-thru takes a little bit longer than most drive-thru’s but the food comes out hot & fresh and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which is a nice change from typical fast food res. You absolutely must give Freddy’s a try! PS: You can thank me later! ;-)“

That guy must have the wrong location and employee because when I was there 3 days ago, which looks like when he showed up, ALLEGEDLY. the girl kind of talked different. I wouldn’t say “high”, but maybe some kind of speech impediment and it was NOT super noticeable. Honestly, maybe she was tired because it was like 11pm, I WAS tired. My order was correct but I think ordering from taco bell is pretty easy, maybe I can’t say the same for Dan. He seems to lack basic human empathy for service workers and that’s a him problem. Crazy how you can have two completely different experiences in the same night. This girl needs a raise for dealing with these people. She was super kind and attentive, repeated my order back (which is what normally happens at fast food restaurants so that YOU, the customer, can verify they heard you correctly), and I realized I asked for potato tacos with extra lettuce, instead of extra cheese. So, maybe this guy needs to chill out on TACO BELL EMPLOYEES BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT DEEP. My tummy for them potato tacos is pretty deep tho🤤“

“Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in Years. GREW Up on Pizza Hut; then the quality of pizza got bad. Ordered online, got some boneless wings, fries and a pizza. Delicious! Glad I tried their pizza again. I’m a Whatburger rookie, so she patiently answered all of my questions and when I asked what she suggested or liked, she steered me straight.
They made it fresh for me, I took it home to enjoy it and I did.
I got the Double Patty Melt, Onion Rings and a Chocolate Shake.
