“Service was not great when the employee had no clue what you ordered off the menu. Maybe check out the menu instead of staring at a cell phone. I understand if you're new, but if you work at a restaurant, it might be a good idea to know what's on the menu, especially if they are numbered meals.“

“Waied at the order board in drivevthru. Finally got to order after about 10 minutes. I ordered on line so was just picking up. 4 others a head of me. We progressed slow. Then when finally get to window I had to wait 4 minutes before I got my food. When I did, I checked for order correctness. It was correct. So I always start with the fries. At which time I became very dissapointed. They weren't hot. More like lukewarm. I was 1/2 tempted to right back thru drivethru but 2 other cars pulled in. I was not about to go thru the waiting again.
I hate when you get to the window and they make you wait. Now I understand them asking you to pull aside. They should have done this with the first person.
And the $1.00 nuggets were also cold.“

“Great place to get a hot dog and a drink. My family loves the burgers too. The tots bring my rating up to 5 stars though! I'm not a fan of the fries or onion rings here and am so happy there is finally another option. This particular store is clean, inviting, and the staff is really friendly and efficient. Will go back more now that they have tots!“

“This Wendy's has always been great except for the last time in the past week. I ordered a meal including a drink. The cashier handed me the drink cup by the rim with her bare hand after handling cash. Could've held the bottom of the cup to hand it over (as they should be stacked upside down).
Germs are everywhere especially on hands.“

“Always a great experience at this location. We love the staff. Super friendly. Food is tasty and they accommodate all our requests. We order online a lot as well and our orders are always accurate and completed on time. Makes for a quick pickup when we’re running kids around!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread tastes good, needs more moisture from toppings/condiments. I’m gluten sensitive and it doesn’t aggravate my stomach at all which is a win because I love sub sandwiches.“
