“Service was not great when the employee had no clue what you ordered off the menu. Maybe check out the menu instead of staring at a cell phone. I understand if you're new, but if you work at a restaurant, it might be a good idea to know what's on the menu, especially if they are numbered meals.“

“Some one took my order today and was very rude. Normally I’m not one to leave reviews but I asked nicely twice that my son’s happy meal come with double frys. I wasn’t asking to be an inconvenience or give anyone a hard time I asked nicely because my autistic 4year old is allergic to apples and I nicely told the lady taking my order that and I still received apples. Lucky I held on to it until we got home normally this never happens at this location which is why I didn’t feel the need to check my order it’s never been wrong at this location. I hope the lady who took my order has a better day❤️ I just wanted to make note that if some one is allergic it should be taken seriously consider my autistic 4 year old can’t communicate proper properly if something happens.“

“Great place to get a hot dog and a drink. My family loves the burgers too. The tots bring my rating up to 5 stars though! I'm not a fan of the fries or onion rings here and am so happy there is finally another option. This particular store is clean, inviting, and the staff is really friendly and efficient. Will go back more now that they have tots!“

“I stopped by two times in one day at the Carl’s Jr. in Apache Junction no matter when I go they’re always super nice always with a smile and friendly food was extremely hot. “Wendys Bigger Bag is the best lunch pick for me. it's cheap. its fast and has a variety of food. And the portions are just rite. enough to fuel my brain and give me energy. But not so much that I return to work tired and ready to sleep. Try it. I think you will like it“

“We went in around 5:30 tonight.Waited about 15 minutes in line to order. Total wait time till we got our food was an hour and a half. Im not complaining that was to be expected coming to a new place after just opening. Only reason for writing a review is because of Ethan. He said he's normally in the back and it was his first day on the floor. He was constantly running around to the tables checking on the guests that were waiting for their food to see if there was anything he could do to serve them. When he came to our table the 2nd time we asked if something happened in the back because we noticed that orders hadn't been coming out in about 10 minutes. We werent angry or upset just genuinely curious. He apologized for the wait explained they were very backed up, asked to see our receipt to personally check on our order. He then power walked to the back and quickly came back to tell us our food was about 10 to 20 mins longer and brought me my peach tea that I had been waiting on because the person at the counter said it would come out with the food and he noticed I didn't have it. He seemed a bit nervous to tell us about the wait and kept apologizing. We assured him that it was ok and not a problem, its to be expected and he was doing a great job and he just had to keep doing what he was doing. 15 minutes later our food arrived. Food was decent, better then Cane's. But the service Ethan provided during this chaotic time was outstanding. That kid is a Rockstar!“

“Always a great experience at this location. We love the staff. Super friendly. Food is tasty and they accommodate all our requests. We order online a lot as well and our orders are always accurate and completed on time. Makes for a quick pickup when we’re running kids around!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread tastes good, needs more moisture from toppings/condiments. I’m gluten sensitive and it doesn’t aggravate my stomach at all which is a win because I love sub sandwiches.“
