“I placed an order through the app last week around 9pm to get shakes for my boys. When I arrived, I was informed that the shake machine was down for the night and that I would need to request a refund through the app. No big deal—these things happen. I requested the refund and thought nothing more of it.

The next day, I received a personal text from the manager apologizing for not being able to fulfill my order. He let me know that I could come back anytime and get anything I wanted from the menu, free of charge. Although I don’t live near this location, I do pass by it often when traveling into the city.

We stopped by a few days later, and Vicky was on duty. She was the sweetest—extremely kind and apologetic (she apologized more times than I can count!) and went above and beyond to take care of us.

“My ladie and I went here delicious food awesome customer service got tatter tots and cheese curds with two double bacon burgers protein style and a peppermint Oreo custard make sure you order one before there gone the peppermint custard was delicious the tots were a great sub for fries the protein burgers were delicious and a big shout out for Rihanna for such an amazing customer service and friendly atmosphere“

“I tried Zaxby's about 4 years ago when I flew out to TN, really loved it then, have been raving about it for years. Now that they are in Arizona though, I decided to drive about 20 miles for it today. You have to understand, I had very high expectations. The experience EXCEEDED my expectations. Food and service was impeccable; the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Probably the best service I've ever had as far as fast food goes. Absolutely amazing.“

Today well not so good. The oil for the fries, DESPERATELY needs changed. The burritos are the smartest I've ever seen. Small and not so tasty. I believe that it will be some time before I go back.
We also didn't get napkins, sauce or a recipe.“

“Friendly staff, fast service at the drive through, order was correct. One of our favorite Dairy Queen locations to go to! Never had an issue with any orders here. Inside the lobby is always clean with an air conditioned comfortable space to enjoy your ice cream. Clean bathrooms.“

“I want to give a HUGE and HEARTFELT social distancing hug to the employees who worked at the Pizza Hut at this location, during lunch, today. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰 And here is WHY... As some of you may know, my Mom passed away almost weeks ago, and yesterday was her funeral service. Today, I did an Online, carryout order for Pizza Hut because they had $5 lunch deals. When I pulled up, on my email, you can push--- I'M HERE. And they will bring the food out to your car. Well just as one of their associates came out to give me my food.... my Mother's (God rest her soul) FAVORITE SONG came on----- WE ARE FAMILY, and I just started BALLING 😭😭😭. I think I might have frightened her, so I explained that I just had Mom's funeral service yesterday, and it just so happens that her favorite song came on and that I miss her SOOOO much. Their associate was super compassionate and reassured me that everything was gonna be ok. Then I realized.....I added boneless wings (or so I thought) to my order but I did not see them in the bag. But it ended up being My mistake, not theirs. She asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting and that she could have her team make some in just 7 minutes. I told her---Yes. Please. .....And then 7 minutes later, another associate came out and gave me my wings and I drove home. Still crying. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 When I got home I opened the bag for the pizza. One was for me, the other for my son, Iszack. I gave it to him and started eating and forgot.....to open the 2nd bag. 😲 (Yes. I am a hot mess right now.) 🤭🤦 I opened the bag and there was a folded note FROM THE PIZZA HUT Employees, that I want to thank them PUBLICLY for taking a minute out of their day to make a World of difference, in mine! 🥰 A Special thanks to: Tyia, Jessica, Erica, and YOUR Pizza Hut family! My lunch was PERFECT. THANK YOU!!! 😭 Happy tears.“
