“Black Agus which I considerate to be a mid- major Steakhouse or 3-star dining in same class as TX Roadhouse, Outback, Long horn etc. Is at the top of the tier, I am a vet who attended on Vets' day and the steak was amazing! especially considering the fact that this was the free Vet day steak served to hundreds of thousands of Vets they spared no expense it was cooked as requested and seasoned to perfection. My Wife and I enjoyed our night at Black Agus Cheers to you and all you do.“

“Was sat quickly by the host, Kaydence our server came almost immediately and took our drink orders, came back with water, and a few short moments later my Margarita, which is only 5 bucks all day (house tequila) which is fine by me. Kaydence was super helpful guiding us thru the menu, and choices. Appetizer came out super quick, and so did the side salads for the entrees. Not much longer later the entrees came out exactly as we ordered them. But besides the food, our Server Kaydence stood out the most, super friendly, attentive and informative. She can take jokes and throw them too. Had a great time with her taking care of us. She is an asset to this location, and I’d enjoy to come back just because of her!“

“I am unable to recall why I had never eaten here before, and I came to realize that I have been wasting my money by going to other places. The Outlaw Ribeye is Exceptional! Our server Erick as well! My wife thought the light was an issue. However, as for myself everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location I will be returning here from now on.“

“Our server, Rania, was better than great, she was absolutely fantastic! She was personable and professional, and she brightened up our poor dining experience. The restaurant was quiet and the atmosphere was relaxed and that's where the good ended and the terrible began. I'm 6'2" tall and the plush seats were of such poor quality, that I literally sank into the cushion. So much so, that my "posterior" was below my kneecaps. Others in my party made the same complaints among ourselves. The food was delicious, but served luke warm at best. At $85.00 P/P, you'd think that a planned Thanksgiving dinner would be served hot from the kitchen to the table. At the end of the meal, we had coffee and dessert. Even the coffee was served luke warm and that's how the night ended. For a place with a supposed stellar reputation, it fell FLAT ON ITS FACE!! FYI... I notated my remarks on OpenTable (where I made the reservation) and to the American Express Platinum Concierge Department (who recommended the restaurant). Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions.“
