The cheese pizza was thin, cheesy and perfect, I would say this is my favorite cheese pizza in the state so far. The carbonara was delicious, I added crushed red pepper to mine, because I love some heat!! We've been craving Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza for a while, as we moved to Arizona almost 3 years ago and away from a pizzeria that had awesome Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza. We've missed it. There's not a lot of places that have it on the menu. We'll definitely be back, despite a 30 minute (round trip) drive for pickup. P.S. The staff was really good, too.“

Milano’s is lucky to have her, and you'll be lucky to have her as your bartender. When I’ve had a rough day of work, my co-worker and I always look forward to seeing Jenna because of her positive energy and great attitude.

This place makes good food, but like all pizza places there is a constant rotation of teenagers working there. Sometimes you get a good batch and the place runs well. This is not a good batch. Knowing that, you can now temper your expectations to match what you will likely experience here. Will I come back? 100% Yes, because the food is still good just slower and less accurate than before. Class of 2026 we are waiting for you and you have an easy act to follow. ;-)“

“I want to talk a little about the working people at the Mesa location. I had a small question about the order I placed for pickup. I ordered ahead a bit and when I arrived I asked how long my order was sitting there,and the front desk about 10 minutes or so. I got home and wasn’t totally satisfied with my order. I ordered the lasagna.
The manager jumped right up and did everything possible to make it right, and I was over the moon with my return to get the efforts of my resolution.
Once again I was treated awsome and made sure that my next order was 1000% perfect.And I had the Lasagna and as you know the portion size is huge but really didn’t want to stop eating it. I just want to thank you again for caring so much for me as 1customer who will definitely be back and probably send 10 more in word of mouth (and I do have a big mouth)It’s really nice when places like this show mad respect for the little guy.“
