“I love this resort and the bar area! I do wish they’d bring back the hummus platter with veggies. Their burger is amazing, and the truffle fries are the best. I wasn’t too impressed with the Thursday night sushi, but the view at sunset is absolutely breathtaking.“

Located in Phoenix. Dive-y, lively, and casual with a generally good mood, but not particularly refined. Music volume is slightly too loud. Backbar is solid. Seating is versatile with bar seats, high tops, booths, and even a patio. Same ownership as the Century Grand bars (Platform 18, Undertow, Grey Hen Rx), but the atmosphere here is clearly more relaxed and less polished.

Anyway, it was delicious and because it was happy hour it was half off the regular price of $23. I ordered one oyster and it was fabulous. I only ordered one because I was meeting a group of friends at The Guest House in 30 minutes and I did not want to spoil my appetite.
