“Coffee Builders is a great little coffee shop just south of Downtown Phoenix! The atmosphere inside it amazing and unexpected! The craft coffee beverages here were amazing and the presentation of them was above parr! It’s not your typical grab and go plastic cups, that’s for sure! While there we also tried the quiche, which was by far some of the best (non traditional) quiches I’ve had!

Parking: There is plenty of parking both along the lot on 7th Street as well as just behind the building!“

“The coffee was excellent. Had the 16ounce latte with two shots and vanilla half sweet. One of the best coffees in Phoenix so far. Burrito was very good, but for 15 bucks I think it’s too much and would not get it again for that price. Would definitely come back for the coffee. Area is busy and parking was difficult, but the coffee was great and worth the time. Inside is small, but also had a small art display. Great service, great atmosphere and great coffee. Highly recommended.“

“My favourite espresso and matcha in the area by far. Good flavour of espresso without being over burnt, overly bitter or too fruity. Just good well made coffee. The matcha is amazing too....and you control the sweetness.

Service is also good and baristas are clearly good at what they do. The decore and atmosphere are great as all. Highly recommended.“

We headed there at the perfect time. The weather was cozy and they have a really great shared patio with the other neighboring establishments.

I noticed traffic picked up around 11am so if you’re looking to snag a good spot and get some work done I suggest showing up prior to 11am

I realized I didn’t grab any pics of the inside but here’s what you need to know

For those who actually need work space upon entering they have a bar that looks out to the street. This spot holds about 4-6 people

When you first walk in if you turn slightly right they have 4 tabletops if you’re working with some friends

I order a coffee ☕️ flight which isn’t on their menu but I did see on IG they had a Halloween coffee flight line up

So happy I got it

Decent sizes for a flight as well
A lot of places give you a small sample so I really appreciated them topping it off

Some winners overall for coffee selections
You can’t go wrong with the honeycomb latte

Several folks ordered it and raved about the flavor

They also have a pistachio latte which I absolutely fell in love with so if you love a nutty coffee flavor I recommend giving this a try

Only con is I did not see any spots to plug in your laptop so if you’re actually working bring a device to charge up so you don’t run out of juice“
