“Best Pho I’ve ever had!!!“

“Hands down the best pho I’ve had in all of Phoenix, and I’ve tried so many places. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years, and no matter where I live, I always find my way back.

I love coming here alone, the environment is so peaceful and comforting, and everyone is genuinely kind. The waiter is always attentive, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

The broth is incredible, so rich and flavorful that I usually don’t even feel the need to add anything extra (which says a lot). Honestly, I recommend all their food, but the pho is a must.

“Starting off the appetizer the egg roll was crispy on the inside and hot & juicy in the inside. Very delicious and I recommend ordering. The Pho itself has plenty of noodles but was less meat than expected. The broth itself was needing more flavor however it did not taste bad. Overall I was happy with the experience.“

“The wait was long, this is a popular place. The dinner was to capacity with tables and chairs, there is no standing room if there is no immediate seating you will have to wait in the parking lot, there are a few lounge chairs outside.
They had plenty of options on the menu but Today we tried the pho and grilled pork roll with peanut sauce. I asked for a smaller portion but I was served the biggest they had and it is impressively huge, if you're starving this is the place to go. There was a lot of meat and sprouts for our pho. The dishes do come in three sizes. The grilled roll was tasty.
On this side of the city this place is ok but we won't travel to visit again, there are better places for the same price.

Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't bring small children here and there is no room for high chairs

The guy that was talking about this place said it was one of the best Vietnamese restaurants he had been to. It’s a mom and pops place. (Family owned) and he was not lying. I went to try the rib pho and let me tell you, IT COMES WITH 2 SHORT RIBS!!!!! What??!! The broth of this pho needed no sauces it tastes fresh, homemade!!! Yet since I love spicy I had to add some and of course all the veggies ! Now let me tell you about the egg rolls OMG, they’re definitely THE BEST I’ve ever had. The sauce that comes with it is perfect. The crunch is perfect. The seasoning and the flavor inside of them is perfect. A must try. You definitely have to try them with the lettuce that they bring it just gives you this fresh crispy warm flavorful appetizer. We also ordered the young coconut drink, which it was perfectly sweetened and the coconut inside was my dessert. I loved it and every time we come back, we get the same thing over and over. “I have been a regular here since 1994. I loved the original owner Than. These days every time I order my vermacelli salad the meat is charred and dry. Their bacon spring rolls are the absolute best, and the veggies and soups are great as well as the service, I just wish my meat didnt taste like charcoal.“

“We had shrimp pho, egg rolls and shrimp rolls. The food was good. Unfortunately, the AC was down when we went and we almost left. But the owner pointed out that they have that huge fan, which we didn't see at first, and we can sit right in front of it. The restaurant had only one other table so we both benefited from it. I really wanted pho that day and I'm glad we stayed.“

“Excellent service! We sent our son to pickup our takeout order at 8pm and while on the way, there was a fatal accident on I10 west and the freeway shut down. The boys from Lotus Pho waited 30 minutes of their own time after closing for us to pick up our takeout and placed additional sodas with our takeout free of charge. We are so thankful for their act of kindness. Excellent food as well. Thank you Lotus Pho!“

“I absolutely LOVE this place and their Pho is just amazingly delicious 😋
This is my favorite place to go for Pho and personally tastes better than other places I tried. Sadly tho they recently changed the way they prepare their noodles when in your bowl. The last 2 or 3 times including today, they place them in the bowl with broth, so like, tightly packed together. To where it's hard to get them apart and I end up breaking the noodles into short pieces and this time it even caused some of them to chunk together like pasta, if that makes sense. So there isn't long noodles anymore. I don't know if it's cuz idk how to separate my noodles lol but it is disappointing and I hope they fix it. Other than that, this place is still and will always be my favorite place to eat abd their flavors are as delicious as ever! 😍“

“Went to eat on a Friday and had an impressive experience. Place was slammed and an hour before closing but that didn’t stop the owner from sitting us immediately and taking our order shortly after. Apps and pho arrived quickly and efficiently. Not sure I’ve ever had such quick service before. Food was delicious and I will definitely return next time I’m in town!“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I selected do not won’t let me edit… went here today for my birthday lunch with my dad his wife and my family party of 5. We sat down and ordered drinks and egg rolls. 30 minutes later egg rolls came but no drinks. We ordered food when the egg rolls came. An hour later still no drinks and to top it off a couple who had just walked in got their food before we did. That was the last straw. We left and took our business elsewhere. No sorry no nothing. I will never return and I do not recommend. Thank you pt noodles for ruining by birthday lunch. Shame on you.“
