“Really like the Hook and Ladder and the Club on a Sub (same as H&L but with bacon). REALLY liked their Thanksgiving Sub and wish they'd have it full time! Service is friendly and efficient. Zander gets a special shout-out; he's super-nice staff member.“

“Always a great experience at this location. We love the staff. Super friendly. Food is tasty and they accommodate all our requests. We order online a lot as well and our orders are always accurate and completed on time. Makes for a quick pickup when we’re running kids around!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread tastes good, needs more moisture from toppings/condiments. I’m gluten sensitive and it doesn’t aggravate my stomach at all which is a win because I love sub sandwiches.“

“Excellent customer service. i ordered to giant sandwiches and they were out of the meat for one of them, they offered any other sandwich for free for the inconvenience, so i picked something else and when we got to the register they said that both sandwiches were free. So thank you for taking care of your customers.“

“Jade/Jude (sorry I forgot to look harder at name tag) — provided amazing customer service during my visit. I placed both an online order and needed to order a second item in store. They welcomed me and other guests, and provided quality food. They were the only employee for the night, and the store looked stocked, and clean given a solo employee handling in person and online orders and attending to the dinner area.“

“Today was my first visit, and it will not be my last. So many choices! I'll have to go back a few times to truly review the place, but the Amuna's Tuna was really good. You definitely need to be ready to eat a messy sandwich with this one, but oh, it was so good! There are choices for most everyone, I would say it was moderately expensive for a sandwich shop, but very, very good.“
