“Service: Started great. Waitress introduced herself and was upbeat. She checked back with us when our food arrived, but that was it. After we finished our meal we waited an inordinately long time for our check. She never offered to refill drinks.

Food: Overall all was very good. My burger was perfectly cooked and the aioli sauce that came with was great. The fries arrived less than hot. My wife's salad was good, but she said that the grilled chicken was dry.“

“I will start this off by saying that Jared at this location saved the day.I was on my way with my bestie to go pick up my stepdaughter from Karate in Gilbert. I was going to be 15 minutes early, so I decided to stop off and pick up a 1 piece chicken strip and 4 piece shrimp combo for me and a 3 piece fish combo for him.It's made to order, so it took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready.We leave to finish heading to go pick up my daughter. The chicken was super hot, so I just ate the fries for a few. I stop at a light and pull apart the chicken... it was RAW. Not a little bit of pink raw, RAW RAW.I called and spoke with Jared, who was apologetic and understanding. He asked if we'd be able to come back, and he'd refund and remake my order. I told him I had to go pick up my daughter in Gilbert, but I'd swing back by on my way home. He told me to take my time, and ask for him when I got to the store.We got to the location and he ensured that everything remade was cooked to perfection and issued my refund. He did let us know that there were new people being trained and the batter was probably not shaken off enough for an even cook.I attached pics of the raw chicken and the remade order.Jared, thank you for being so understanding and turning what was an awful experience to an excellent one!“

“This was our first time at High Tide Gilbert and our server was a seasoned employee who steered us in the right direction the entire experience. We started with calamari and edamame. Delish. We each had sea bass, mine was Chilean with a lobster buerre blanc and my husband had a pistachio crusted bass. We loved our meals, server was helpful and anticipatory, the place was beautiful and pricing was on par for the cuisine.“

“AMAZING service. Since they don't take reservations, we called ahead since we were a party of 8. They had a table ready and waiting for us. Alicia was our server and she was PHENOMENAL. We had such an awesome experience. I even got my parents from Minnesota to have a shrimp boil (which they thought was SPICY but still ate every bit of it)! It truly seemed like everyone at this location has immense pride in their work. We hope to come back in the future!“

“Ginger Garden was the first place I ate when I traveled to Arizona, and it was delicious. It was my first time in the state, and I was really in the mood for American-style Chinese food. I ordered the orange chicken and the beef chow fun, and both were super flavorful and deliciously seasoned well in all the right ways. Everything tasted fresh, they didn't cheap out on the toppings, and this really hit the spot. I'd definitely eat here again!“

“I ordered cannolis for pickup last night, and they were absolutely perfect. What the staff didn’t know is that these cannolis were in honor of my late brother’s first heavenly birthday. He was a talented chef who loved making cheesecake and cannolis, so this dessert holds a special place in our hearts. The team here couldn’t have known the meaning behind the order, but I truly appreciated the care that went into preparing them. “I would like to share a positive update regarding my recent visit to Ono Hawaiian BBQ.
Following my initial less-than-satisfactory experience, the manager graciously compensated our meal, which we greatly appreciated.

We are pleased to report that our second visit was a much more enjoyable experience. We had the opportunity to try the Island Fire Chicken, and the Kuala Combo with Katsu. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and well-prepared.

This positive experience has certainly changed my perception, and I am glad I gave OH BBQ another try.“
