“I'm a long time customer, but I haven't been in for some months. I have an old pickup that is very long wheelbase and makes it very difficult to use the taco bell next door, so I went to McDonald's and was fairly well rewarded for my choice. I didn't have much interaction with the employees, but I got my food quicker than I could shuffle it in the cab. Good experience, but the fries weren't quite as good as their reputation. Milkshake was completely thawed in the ten minutes I took to get home. I know those machines are high maintenance, and I would have preferred to be told it was offline. Those little things are why I couldn't give 5 stars.
Now for the real reason I'm compelled to comment. The other comments are loaded with pathetic, subliterate writing. If they can't be bothered with proofreading, their opinions are trash.“
“The chicken nuggets were the best thing in the whole entire world while growing up. Thing is, sometimes they forget things. For example, a while ago, my mom only got one bun with her burger. She was not happy so we didn’t order from McDonald’s as much as we did before.“

I mean it was HOT. I’ve eaten at McDonalds most of my life. (I’m 55 years old) and this is the very first time I had to let the burger cool a little. So delicious!! Great job on service tonight guys.“
“I went through the drive-thru yesterday and yes, it was very very busy. Everyone there was trying their hardest, but I could tell things were very challenging.
I had ordered a shake on the mobile app, but they didn’t have shakes and Shawn had to come out and tell me. He was somehow able to keep a smile and even try to sell me on something else instead. I had to tell him my son didn’t want anything else, so then he had to go back in, refund the milkshake And bring the cash refund it back outside again all while doing a very good job handling his very busy team, and he did it all with a smile. Very impressive, Shawn!!

Today,
I went in to the drive tru. Best experience ever. Food was delicious. The fastes drive tru.
They really know how to deal with some hungry people like us .
Let’s say you always forget to ask for ketchup and ranch.
Because they’re always busy or whatsoever… this time without asking I received the best service….
It’s hard to find a place that cares about their customers..
They two young ladies that attended went beyond with customer care..

“Surprisingly fresh McDonalds. We went through the drive-thru at 3am expecting totally cold food and the food was piping hot! Definitely a shocker. The staff was also friendly, something nearly unheard of in the early morning. Thumbs up from me!“
“Food generally good here, sometimes fries are not hot enough. Ice machine was out of ice, and drink area floor was wet and sticky. But, drive through and front staff generally friendlier and better than most McDonald’s. The African American man at the front was super friendly and helpful. At most McDonald’s they make you feel bad for even placing the order, but not this one—staff is great here.“
“The kids running the drive-thru window need to pay attention to what they're doing. They handed me my diet coke without even looking at what they're doing and had I not been paying attention it would have been dropped. Kids nowadays“
“This is hands down the best McDonald's I have been in. And I know that sounds silly, but kindness matters. A manager came up to me and saw I was sitting with my 2 girls and she went up and got me my sweet tea so I didn't have to get up with them and she also brought my food to me. She was so polite and could a mama who needed help. It was also super clean in here!!“

Jensen, the general manager was so kind to help me at 10:31 a.m. when breakfast ends at 10:30 and the gal at the window could not put in the order. I went inside explained to Jensen, she happily helped me because they still had breakfast sandwiches available of course.
I understand their computers flip off at 10:30 to the lunch menu and they can't place the orders but, Jensen kindly fixed that for me and able to get my breakfast.
