McDonald's in Scottsdale

“The staff are rude to almost every customer that comes in regarding something of little value every time, just degrading and unprofessional.

I ordered 20 nuggets and got given 2 soft packs of ketchup... I asked for more moments after beginning to eat and guess what, 2 packets were given so I promptly asked for several more and was told there are other customers who will need ketchup, mind bending reality alert with that one, maybe they need more praise, I just get tired of hearing people cut down humans with the only view of reason is they see a person who may appear to have a lesser quality of life than themselves, nobody has the power to weigh such a thing.“

“Not giving a five star for the food or atmosphere. Giving a five star for the great service. 11:42 a.m. just picked up my morning coffee as always great service as always. The kind you wouldn't receive from a different McDonald's.“

“I think this is one of the best locations in the valley, because they always have friendly service and usually serve the sandwiches fresh and hot. I went to the drivethrough today and got the hot n spicy mcchicken with a large sprite. The soda was full and the sandwich was hot and fresh. Good job, Mcdonalds!“

“I'm a long time customer, but I haven't been in for some months. I have an old pickup that is very long wheelbase and makes it very difficult to use the taco bell next door, so I went to McDonald's and was fairly well rewarded for my choice. I didn't have much interaction with the employees, but I got my food quicker than I could shuffle it in the cab. Good experience, but the fries weren't quite as good as their reputation. Milkshake was completely thawed in the ten minutes I took to get home. I know those machines are high maintenance, and I would have preferred to be told it was offline. Those little things are why I couldn't give 5 stars.
Now for the real reason I'm compelled to comment. The other comments are loaded with pathetic, subliterate writing. If they can't be bothered with proofreading, their opinions are trash.“

“This is one of the best McDonald's I have been to since 2017. I live in Snowflake, and the McDonald's there sucks. The fries are never hot, and you have to wait in the parking lot even when they are not busy. So, I am happy that there are some locations that still care about customer satisfaction, and they take pride in their location. The restrooms were very clean and stocked.“

“I went through the drive-thru yesterday and yes, it was very very busy. Everyone there was trying their hardest, but I could tell things were very challenging.
I had ordered a shake on the mobile app, but they didn’t have shakes and Shawn had to come out and tell me. He was somehow able to keep a smile and even try to sell me on something else instead. I had to tell him my son didn’t want anything else, so then he had to go back in, refund the milkshake And bring the cash refund it back outside again all while doing a very good job handling his very busy team, and he did it all with a smile. Very impressive, Shawn!!

“The kids running the drive-thru window need to pay attention to what they're doing. They handed me my diet coke without even looking at what they're doing and had I not been paying attention it would have been dropped. Kids nowadays“

“This is hands down the best McDonald's I have been in. And I know that sounds silly, but kindness matters. A manager came up to me and saw I was sitting with my 2 girls and she went up and got me my sweet tea so I didn't have to get up with them and she also brought my food to me. She was so polite and could a mama who needed help. It was also super clean in here!!“

“Food generally good here, sometimes fries are not hot enough. Ice machine was out of ice, and drink area floor was wet and sticky. But, drive through and front staff generally friendlier and better than most McDonald’s. The African American man at the front was super friendly and helpful. At most McDonald’s they make you feel bad for even placing the order, but not this one—staff is great here.“
