“Great pizzas and pasta great people.best pizza in town. So nice to have dinner here 😉 Greetings from Belgium.”
“Our server was friendly and quite knowledgeable on the menu, ingredients, and specifically the wine. I found my meal was very good and even exquisite. We were treated with great care and they even arranged a shuttle from our resort to the restaurant and back. The dessert was a decadent chocolate cake. We will be back on our next Sedona visit”
“While on vacation in Sedona, AZ (July 30,2025) we dined
at the Shorebird Restaurant.
The total experience at this restaurant was outstanding starting
with asking for and receiving a table with some privacy as we were meeting a couple of friends we had not seen in many years.
Our waiter's name was Eric, who was poised, professional, knowledgeable and most of all very pleasant and accommodating. We started with a variety of appetizers, raw oysters and crab cakes, both were out of this world delicious. Then suggested by Eric was the Lemon Caesar Salad for all. Then again, on Eric's recommendation we had Filet Mignon, Scallops & Mussels, Chilean Sea Bass and Pork Chop.(There were 4 of us) Again on Eric's recommendation a white wine that was perfect.(i am calling the Restaurant to get the name of the wine is was very good) We ended with desserts to die for, chocolate brownie with ice cream and a Caramel Salted Ice Cream.
The evening with our friends at this Restaurant was as close to Perfect as possible. (The manager also stopped by our table for some friendly banter and some tales of his experiences from our home state of Alabama.)
I would personally recommend this restaurant in Sedona, Az.
We experienced many Great Restaurants in Sedona but this one

“Perfect Spot for Fun We were in town co-hosting a destination wedding. We worked with Johnathan and Lauren to create an evening that our party of 50 just loved. We had a seperate section of the patio to keep everyone contained but close enough to the live music to be enjoyable. Johnathan helped us create a wonderful selection of wines, beer and food. We were able to feature several AZ wines and beer for our out-of-state guests. The Vino staff went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. My one regret is that I didn't order more of the chocolate trays. The guests loved the homemade treats. We had a guest who has been a chef at some top fine dining restaurants in the Valley. He referred to the truffles as "sophisticated Tootsie Rolls." A few of our guests arrived early and said they had a wonderful experience dining before our Party and mingling with locals. Thank you, Vino Staff!”

“This place is a hidden gem! With coffee freshly roasted on-site, it's absolutely delicious. A straightforward coffee shop that gets it right—definitely a must-visit for any coffee lover!”
“This place gets a 10/10. Friendly staff that go out of their way to accommodate your needs, beautiful and peaceful property, amazing food, nice cabins, very comfortable beds. There is nothing I can complain about. It’s a perfect stay to get away from the busy world.”
“The best ever craft beer! I would give up space in my suitcase to bring Sedona Sunrise back to Ohio! Friendly staff both spots at Base Camp and Uptown locations! A must stop for anyone visiting Sedona and want a relaxing spot with great beer and eats!”

“Service was excellent with Laila! She listened and answered all my questions and was knowledgeable & patient. I like extra sauce, she accomodated. THE food was delicious, we had pasta, salad, burrata, conoli, and expresso was over the top! All GREAT! When we return to Sedona, we will eat here again. I want to try the pizza!”
“It was a bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth the wait. My cheesesteak and fries were perfect. My salt and pepper shakers were empty and when I asked for new ones, they only had salt but no pepper. That was a little bit of a disappointment, but luckily the table next to me filled my needs.”

“Such a great place to enjoy a wide selection of wines. Knowledgeable staff. Great service. Trivia night is a blast. Family owned. Highly recommend!”
“Wonderful food and great prickly pear Margaritas!! Highly recommend!”
“Food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. Perfect for date night, and don't leave without trying the dessert. My steak was perfect, the sweet and spicy pork belly appetizer was delicious, even the salad was memorable. The raspberry lemon cheese cake dessert was to die for. ALL of the staff were amazing, especially Juan, our server. .....and if it matters to you, as it does to me, I give them100% on being LGBT friendly. A perfect night out.”

“The best dining experience, from the view and ambiance to the (BEYOND delicious) cuisine. We made reservations for our anniversary and were greeted with “happy anniversary” wishes by our extraordinarily pleasant and knowledgeable server, Myles, who also brought us a special celebratory dessert. We will be sure to return the next time we visit Sedona. Much love and thanks from Michigan 💗”
“Our server Eric remembered us and welcomed us back in as soon as we walked into the dining room. As always, he was fantastic! I tried the rack of lamb chops for the first time in our many visits, and it was impeccable. Wonderful crust and seasoning on the outside and perfect medium rare inside. My wife had the eggplant Parmesan, which stands out for being very lightly breaded, not a deep fried bomb. She commented that it was even better than usual last night. Ambiance is always nice and sets the tone for the meal. The whole team took good care of us.”
“Have eaten at the Mesa Grill since constructed. In the past, I always found quality in both service and food. My last visit was very disappointing, mostly due to pricing. Ice tea was priced at $5 add salmon to salad at $14. Common on!! I will continue to visit on limited basis, drinking only water and ordering items to share..”
“Left an amazing church service today looking for fantastic food to treat myself for a Mother's Day Lunch. I stopped at one restaurant thinking I was going to have a great steak but it was very subpar. I took two bites (nothing beats a great steak in Texas) I didn't finish it. I drove further and happened upon Rascal. I have heard mixed reviews on the service but most have said the food was good. I ordered the fish tacos and a prickly pear margarita. Yummmmmmm. I enjoyed the tacos a great deal and the margarita was par for the course. I am admittedly a little selective when it comes to food because tend to compare everything on what I can find back home. I would definitely tell my friends visiting Sedona to drop in. I was seated pretty quickly. It wasn't overly crowded which is what I expected on Mother's Day. Now for the service, the wait staff seems nice. It wasn't that over-the-top friendly service I enjoy (I truly love it when staff makes me feel like they are happy I came in. I call it Chik Fil A service) Although I don't have that "please come back to see us feeling," I will say the food is good!!!! And when friends come to visit me here, I'll likely be back anyway.😊”
“What a Great Mexican Find! We were looking for a fun spot for our son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner that provided flavors of the area. We received a recommendation on Javelina Cantina and it was a great spot. We were on the covered patio with our party of 25. Although it wasn't a "private" room, we had a seperate space that made us feel like we had a private space. The views were wonderful! We had a tight timing between wedding events and the staff got us through in less than 2 hours in time to be picked up by our bus for the next event. We started off with the best queso and guac plates and pitchers of delicious flavored margaritas. Part of our criteria was finding good vegan dining option because our bride and a couple of the wedding party were vegan/vegetarian. The Javelina menu had a wonderful collection of vegan options and everything was delicious. Our server Roberto kept everything moving and managed our needs so well! It was such a great experience that word circulated to some of our other guests also visited to have some flavors of the Southwest while visiting. Thank you to the JC Staff!”
“The food was very good and came out quick and hot. We ordered a pizza and had it in about 20 minutes.”
“Very unique and a great price for tasting. The staff was very attentive and personable. Beautiful views. Wines are a bit pricey but what you would expect for wine in Sedona.”

“Came in here with my seven kids to eat pizza, and let me tell y’all this was hands down the best pizza we’ve ever had! We drove all the way from Goodyear, Arizona to the Sedona area, and I’m so glad we stopped here. The staff was super pleasant, and the food? Absolutely amazing. We’re definitely coming back whenever we visit Sedona again. I think we just found our new favorite pizza”

“Chef Nate and chef Chris really dialed in on the amazing blessings of nourishment I truly feel in 5-D today and will continue to come back i can feel the love blastin threw every inch of my buff jacked being CHEERS CHEFS’ I’ll be back again for more gains before my lift”
“Yum! I tried your coffee for the first time on this winter morning. It is delicious! I did not know your company until I saw it in Sedona Water Works. The packaging immediately caught my attention- very beautiful. I grabbed the Canyon Blend for my morning espresso. Needless to say, I’m hooked. I cannot wait to try more varieties. The tab opening with seal is also wonderful! No more trying to tear into a bag of beans with disastrous results. Thank you for the amazing roast.”
“Wow!!!!!!!!! These tacos HIT. Flavors were so on point, we ordered 8 total tacos/ 2 pastor, 2 carnitas, 2 pollo, 2 asada. None of them off, all seasoned perfectly. Simon was so kind and gave us two adobada tacos to try on him!!! We ordered food to take home as well, thank you Simon for your generosity and DELICIOUS tacos!”
“What can I say about this place that hasn’t already been said? But, I’ll try through my experience after hiking Devil’s Bridge, by the way, is a must in Sedona.
After a terrific hike headed down the road for a beer.
The Vortex was sensational. Fruity, hoppy, effervescent, ? And their house lager was also refreshing, light and tasty as well.
For nosh, The Spanish Flatbread, pictured, was right on. The red pepper sauce was tasty, and most excellent.
Service at the bar, where you also order food, provided by the great folks in their food truck kitchen.
And the views from the patio, breathtaking!
The Beer, the food, a $1,000,000 view made for a terrific Saturday afternoon.
Vegetarian options: Simply read the menu, plenty of delicious ? options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Saw a gentleman in a wheelchair playing a game with friends outside on the patio. Very friendly.”
“The breakfast was great but when I went in to use the men's room I walked out. The two urinals we're on top of each other with no dividing wall. The two guys taking w wiz could have fondled each other if they wanted to. In the only stall with the door open a guy was openly barfing into the toilet.”

“Small mom and pop ramen shop. We walked in for an early dinner so there was no line.
Appetizer:
Gyoza - usual
Chicken karaage (fried chicken) - the sauce that came with it wasn’t that great but the chicken was really good. Highly recommended
Tonkatsu ramen - broth is garlicky and flavorful. Chashu was tender.
Tokyo Shoyu - Tonkatsu ramen was better.
Cost : on the pricey side”

“My friends and I traveled from New York to Sedona on vacation and wanted to try authentic Mexican food. Tamaliza Cafe was highly recommended. Leo greeted us warmly and we chose to sit inside a charming room with lovely, colorful Mexican decor that made us feel like we were in a friend''s home.in Mexico. yet we had a beautiful view of the Sedona red rocks from our window. We ordered chips & salsa that were freshly made & delicious. We ordered tamales and burritos that were the best we have ever tasted and we have tried many in NY. Everything was prepared fresh, and moderately priced for truly authentic Mexican dinning. By the stream of visitors you can tell its a popular restaurant but has enough outdoor seating and indoor seating to enjoy your delightful dishes and talk among friends in a relaxing atmosphere. We were so happy to try Tamaliza Cafe and highly recommend it. My friend that lives here will definitely be back. We take with us a warm memory. Thank you Leo and Tamaliiza Cafe for a great experience!! Hope to come back soon!!”
“We had a party of 6 at lunch time…and our party included 4 seniors and two foodies.😂
The waitress handled the whole dining room by herself! Every table was attended to and went for nothing. She was really amazing. The food was not only so delicious, it came to us so quickly as well!
Way to go Pagos!”
“I love this little coffee shop! Great energy, tasty treats, the BEST coffee in Sedona, lots of awesome items in their store like gem and crystal jewelry, Aura photos and readings and if you are lucky, a little pet from the local celebrity dog Neco 🐶 highly recommend checking this place out when you are in town!!”
“We went here wile on vacation. We decided to have the Chi tea, my husband had chi with a shot of espresso. And it was the best chi we ever had. Yes they have Gelato. But we didn’t have any of that, just the Chi Tea. We were treated respectfully. The prices were high right along with the other touristy places. The area this place is located in is definitely a tourist attraction and to be expected to be over priced. Although it would have been nice if it were more reasonable. It was only about a dollar or more over priced per item from what I noticed. Do to the flavor of the Chi tea I’d still buy it every time I go there. And wish I had this place back were I came from.”

“Being a transplant from Chicago, one thing I've found difficult here is the lack of authentic Middle Eastern & Asian food. Hiro's makes up for that- so much so that when my best friend came to visit, this was the 1st place I took her.
You know the food is good when the conversation stops and before you know it, The food is all gone. In the 18 years I've been dining with my bestie, I've never seen her eat sushi so fast. The ingredients were so fresh and you can tell Cham is a master at his craft. Dessert was yummy and word on the street is if you like creme bruele, you will be very happy here.
The service was outstanding and our waiter was friendly, informative and funny. I really appreciate Hiro's warm atmosphere and overall outstanding customer service. You just feel GOOD when you're there.
I love supporting local businesses and Hiro's is 1 million percent a no brainer for me. I invite you to stop in the next time you're in Sedona- you will be glad you did.”

“We had a perfect evening at Cress on Oak Creek. We sat outside along the creek - weather was perfect. Our server was Tikaeni who was wonderful- friendly and outgoing. She was knowledgeable about the food/menu, wine and the Sedona area. Food and waitstaff were all very good. We will return again when we come back to Sedona!”
“Our group of 4 had a reservation and ended up getting there early. We were told it a was no problem since it wasn't busy. We were seated right away. We were told someone would come by to get our drink orders. 25 mins later, and no one came by our table. Other tables around us were being taken care of while we were left forgotten. We tried getting the attention of two servers but we were ignored. Sadly, very terrible service. We were so disappointed since we heard many praises about this establishment. We did end up walking out. We vacation to Sedona every year and this is the first restaurant I have left a bad review for and I didn't even get to try the food...”
“We went here for our anniversary while we were in Sedona. We accidentally thought we were going someplace else but were so happy with our mistake! Our waiter Marko, was attentive, polite and gave us great service. There were nine of us and the food was outstanding!!! All of us felt it was some of the best pasta we have ever had, and we loved the atmosphere. A bit away from the downtown area of Sedona which allowed our group to be sat in a timely manner, serviced like we were important and were not rushed so they could turn over the table. We would definitely recommend this restaurant for the food, service and atmosphere!”
