“First time I came here was tonight, I had been searching for Chinese that was actually really good and not overpriced and was fresh and this place delivered! I knew right away after I saw the awards that they proudly represent on their counter, 2024, etc, and the kind woman who served me, and a huge portion plus all the soy sauce and things I wanted. When I got home, I couldn’t believe how much food was in there plus it was looking really good like they just got it from the Asian market, I ate half of my dinner and still have left another huge meal. The price is fair! I recommend any of the beef dishes, tons of veggies and good sauce! Thank you! I’ll be back always.“

“Our family stopped in and it was a hit across the board. The kids ordered the orange chicken and absolutely loved it. They were obsessed with the orange sauce, and honestly, I don’t blame them. I went with the General Tso’s chicken and the flavor was outstanding. Everything came out piping hot and fresh.

We shared a wonton soup, which was spot-on and perfect to split. The portions are huge, the prices are very reasonable, and we even had leftovers to take home. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Absolutely amazing! We always order ToGo on WeChat. I recommend the Roasted Duck, the hand ripped chicken and the chicken feet. Roasted ducks have to be reserved, can be done by calling in a day before if you don't have WeChat. Pricing is fair and the lady was also nice.“

“I used take out. This was the most delicious Chinese I have had in decades. My wife ordered Beef and Broccoli. She had literally given up on takeout due to poor quality beef at every other restaurant we tried but she really liked her order. I ordered Walnut Shrimp. It was wonderful. I’ve been on 40 cruises so many fine restaurants and this was by far the best. Very tasty sauce and a huge plate of tasty shrimp. We finally found a great Chinese resistant.“

“A hidden gem!
They’re known for their hand pulled noodles, so that’s what I got. Portions are family style which is great. The kung pao shrimp noodles did not disappoint. The dry fried green beans were also delicious. I got the Chinese pancake as a side but I wouldn’t get it again. We also ordered the garlic broccoli vegetable dish, it was just okay.
Definitely recommend if your want great Chinese noodles“

“Stopped in to get some lunch to go and was not disappointed! The Lo Mein was delicious, and I noticed they provided some rice on the side as well. Great portions and pricing. I can be a bit iffy with meat sometimes but this was perfect. Didn’t have to wait long at all, and I was content to watch the fish and look at the decorations in the meantime. Thank you for a quick and delicious lunch!!“

“2/22/26: I've been going to Phoenix Palace for years, I can't believe I never reviewed it before. Damn.

I've only ever partaken of their dim sum menu, and it is absolutely delicious. I've very picky about my food, but my sweet tooth loves their egg & custard tarts, their mochi w/ peanut, the rice porridge, the pineapple buns.

Their rice noodles (pork, beef, shrimp) are great, as is the sticky rice, the steamed buns w/ BBQ beef, the spare ribs, spicy cucumbers. All of it is good. We usually have a crowd of four to six, sometimes more, when we visit so we always have a plethora of food on our table.

The staff is always friendly and smiling, even if sometimes there's a language barrier. We point, they provide, and we always manage to have full bellies & great laughs at Phoenix Palace.

This particular Saturday we had the opportunity (and surprise!) of enjoying a parade for Chinese New Year. Awesome!“

I ordered Mu Shu Pork and it was delicious, pork was very tender, sauce was tasty only wish there was another veggie substituted for the mushrooms I took out. “It's Panda Express, best to go when it's fresh which is easy to keep track of because it's in a casino so entertainment is everywhere. That being said prices are going to be 1.5x-2x what they would be in a normal Panda because you can use comps for your meal. Which is quite nice because if you are an active player you will likely get free food!“

“Panda express never disappoints. This location is great because they have a drive thru and the drive thru has two lines. The workers here are nice and friendly. The drive thru went quickly and my food was still hot. Sometimes the orange chicken is too spicy but it is just right at this location! It is right off the freeway and usually doesn't have a lot of traffic!“

“Really good prices and large portion sizes. I got two combination meals: kung pao chicken and the short rib. I think I preferred the kung pao just because it had vegetables and a sauce, whereas short rib was just meat and rice. Hot and sour soup was really good, had mushrooms and I'd rate it medium spice level. The egg rolls were good also. Pretty standard Chinese food restaurant in my opinion.“

“I visited on 07-10-2025 around 8PM and I will always continue to drive the extra mile for this location! I was excited to try their new hot orange chicken but I was worried I'd get their leftovers for the night and not a new fresh batch, rightfully so because it's my fault for coming in so late. Also, i'm not one to ask for a new batch to be made especially when its so close to closing time so I wasn't going to but Summer H. asked me if I wanted to wait for new fresh batch to be made, that was so kind because most DON'T do that! I agreed to wait and she gave us our drinks for free due to the wait! Her kindness didn't stop there because after the very SHORT wait she offered us a free appetizer for the wait. I had to deny the offer of the free appetizer because I believe in not taking advantage of someone's kindness and the free drinks were already awesome enough!! She's a great, awesome, and a kind team member! People like her help others who have social anxiety to get a decent fresh meal. I will always return to a location that hire's employees with good work ethics / customer service!

Oh let's not forget when I asked for a handful of their chili sauce they actually gave me a decent amount for both of us instead of the lousy 4 packs I normally get when I ask for a handful. The team working last night went beyond my expectations for a fast food place, ALL of them had great attitudes.“

My fiancée and I ate here recently and had a cool moment. She ordered the Mongolian chicken but it wasn’t as spicy as she’d hoped.

I asked one of the staff (younger gentleman) for something to make it spicier, and instead of pointing to the hot sauce, he whipped up some of the Mongolian sauce in a pan.

Very impressed with the food and service.

“I come Gold Chef many year already, and every time food make me so happy in my stomach. This place always cook very fresh, very flavor, and never disappoint me one time. The noodle always hot, rice always fluffy, and the orange chicken… oh man, taste like heaven do kung-fu in my mouth.

Staff here very nice also — they remember my face, maybe because I come too much, haha. Service fast, food come out quick like they know I hungry before I even sit down.

Place clean, price good, portion big — you eat one plate and you full until tomorrow.

I bring my family, my friend, everybody here. If somebody ask me, “Where good Chinese food?” I say, “Gold Chef, no question. You go now!”

“Stopped in Friday night for drinks while waiting for our table next door and came back Saturday for lunch. The beers were only $5, which was a great deal.

For lunch, we ordered the chicken hot pot and the dry ribs pot. The chicken hot pot was good overall, but the broth could have used more flavor. The dry ribs had a nice taste, but it seemed like the membrane was still on them, which affected the texture.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The only downside on service was that once our beers were empty, we weren’t offered another round.

Overall, a decent spot with good pricing on drinks and friendly staff, but a few small improvements could make the experience much better.“

“I only get takeout, but the food is excellent and the service is great. I discovered this place several years ago, and it truly upped the Chinese Food game in the area! I used to have it delivered, but sadly they only deliver through Uber Eats, etc. now. We have gotten several items, but our favorites are Chicken with Mixed Vegetables, Chicken with Green Beans, fried chicken, broccoli beef. We always get it with brown rice. I find the food to be excellent and I love that the soy sauce they give you is not overpowering like Kikoman or other store brands. The bottom of the bag is always lined with a piece of cardboard for safe carrying out!“

“I was shocked at how kind the staff were less than an hour before closing. Abi asked us how we’re doing (and seemed like she actually meant it), and when I asked if they had any shrimp left, I planned to say it was fine if they didn’t. Abi immediately politely asked another staff member to make fresh shrimp just for us, and the staff was talking and joking around while they prepared the food and had good vibes all around. “We rarely go out to dinner as a family but last Friday night we had a busy evening and no time for dinner. My husband loves orange chicken as do the kids and the chow mein is a favorite as well. It was a busy night at Panda. All the employees were busy. We placed our order and were able to get out of there fairly quickly. Once we got home we realized our order had gotten mixed up with the people in line ahead of us. Our kids are extremely picky! There was no way they were going to touch the chicken and mushrooms or even the mandarin chicken which I feel is pretty safe. I did have to go back to let them know we had the wrong order. The manager on staff took care of everything promptly and efficiently. He apologized and made it right. He made a lasting impression and while we do prefer to go to locally owned restaurants, we will come back to this location in the future just because of the customer service experience. Many times when businesses make a mistake they don’t take accountability and they don’t make it right. But this young man did and next time the kids want Panda, I’ll be more likely to say yes than no.“

“I love Panda Orange Chicken. I have stopped here many times and the only complaint I have is that there seem to be variations in the portion sizes. Other than that, the staff is always friendly. Seating area is usually tidy and tables cleared when customers leave. Have never used the restroom here so I cannot comment as to its cleanliness. The parking lot can be a little bit of a pain when the store and drive-thru are busy.

All-in-all this is one of my favorite places to eat in this area. I would recommend.“
