“Went into this new Taco Bell for the first time,I don't order online and just wanted to see the menu and order at the front desk like I do at the other Taco Bells,this girl came out and said we don't have time to take your order we are working on online orders only I said WHAT,she said same thing,I said so you are not going to take my order she just went back to area she came from another girl heard her and she said she would help me,but then what looked like the manager came out and said he would help me and he took my order was very polite and he told me menu is on kiosk and showed me how to find what I wanted,very bad experience,not everyone wants to order online or is a senior and knows how“

“So I did a mobile order here at the very last second this early afternoon. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I encountered 3 male employees. 1st was to get my receipt, a young Hispanic male, very polite welcoming. The 2nd was an older Hispanic gentleman who was out making sure the drive thru remained cleaned and professional looking. He was also sweet and friendly. 3rd was another tall young Hispanic male at the pick-up window. He was super nice, fast, repeated my order to me, and was presentable.
Heck, all 3 employees were very presentable!
All 3 even seemed happy to be working and didn't look fake happy or miserable like the employees in other places.
I've done their job before and I know it isn't easy.
I appreciate and love that the 1st and 3rd employees REPEATED my order back to me! That tells me they are attentive to detail and get it right the first time.
Did I mention everything was fresh, especially the ice in my coke!

“The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. It seems small, but it allows me to stay at work and not have to go back out for my lunch in the heat. Thank you for your kindness and great service Ahwatukee location. ❤“

“I took my granddaughter and her friend there for his birthday because he loves Raising Cane's. The food was good and the service was good as well. We did have a little issue with my granddaughters order and her friend took her food to the counter and a gentleman came out to speak with us. He was very nice and didn't hesitate to take care of the issue he also gave us two gift cards for the next visit which my granddaughter and I gave them to her friend for his birthday and he was very excited about that. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name because I thought it was great how he handled the issue without making us feel bad for speaking up.“

“Hire honest workers! We went through the drive thru at approx 6:30pm tonIght and ordered 2 small butterfinger blizzards. He said it would be $11 and change. Seemed high to us! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. My husband took $15 out of his wallet and handed it to me. I Looked at it, so I know how much we gave him. Anyway, he pulled a dollar bill out of the. register and said see! That is the biggest compliment possible, especially for my autistic 6 year old who only eats Kraft Mac and cheese cups or pizza rolls without massive protest.“

The dinning area is kept cleaned and customers are always greeted when they walk through the doors. Especially, by Stacy who seems to have a great rapport with the staff and customers. She greets everyone and makes sure their visit is enjoyable.“

I do not frequent Wendy's but once a year. I choose this fast food based on the freshness of the food. I ordered a single and was not asked anything about it and did not realize it automatically came with cheese (I have a dairy intolerance). They had to remake the burger. They did it without complaining.“
