“It was good. We liked everything. The sesame chicken was a bit chewy and the sauce was very thick. There wasn't a side of rice provided like most restaurants, but ilI asked and he kindly provided 2 boxes. The egg fried rice was flavored well. The vegetable chow mein was good but needed more vegetables. I liked how every dish had a different kind of mushroom not just portobello.“

“The meat was so tender and fresh for the orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The orange chicken had a unique flavor (in a good way). Orange chicken usually is crispy and over cooked at other Chinese restaurants but not here. Good value for your $ in ordering the family meal.“

“I have been going to big WA for many years and the food is delicious. The flavor is always consistent. The only thing I've noticed over the years is that the portions have gotten smaller. Which I understand since everything has gone up in price. I get the orange chicken, pork lo mein and crab puffs.“

“We ordered our usual favorites from Mandarin House on Baseline in Tempe—egg roll, crab puff, fried dumplings, house fried rice, chicken chow mein, and orange chicken. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The orange chicken had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, the chow mein was loaded with tender veggies and noodles, and the fried rice was a meal on its own. Always consistently delicious and satisfying. Highly recommend for takeout!“

The staff truly elevated our experience with their genuine friendliness and constant smiles, making us feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout our meal. “The Golden Eggroll, which was formerly located on the S/W corner of Priest Dr. an Southern Ave moved to about a mile West of where it was formerly located at. It is Now located on the N/E side of the 48th. St. and Southern Intersection (about 250-ft. North of the corner.)But it's currently sharing its facilities with the Big WA Chinese Restaurant (deliberating on a possible merger?) The food is still as GREAT!!, FANTASTIC!! and DELICIOUS!! as Ever!!
Parking: The parking lot is in a strip mall, gets packed in the evening, and some are a tight squeeze.“
