“This was my family's second time dining at Roku. We came for my son's birthday in Sept. and last night, 11/09, for my daughter's birthday. The service was excellent. We were seated immediately and served water. Our drink orders followed shortly. Our appetizers were ordered and served in a timely manner. Everyone enjoyed the sharing aspect of the dining experience. The main entrees were also excellent. Everyone ordered a different cut of steak and the cook on each was perfect. Since it was a special occasion, we ordered dessert to share and that too, was delicious. We will definitely be back!“

“We just left the restaurant for our 2nd Valentines Day Dinner, as this has become a tradition for us. The staff as always is amazing! The GM Brent and his team have nothing to be ashamed off! The waiter Estaban was so friendly, so polite, and so attentive even with a 2 hour wait still at almost 9pm! We have dined here and our regulars and absolutely love this restaurant and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for an amazing dinner!“

“Had a truly excellent experience yesterday for brunch on the patio. It started with the hostess seating us which was very professional and courteous. Alexis was our server and she was amazing. Found out during the end of our meal that she had only been working there for two days. She was as knowledgeable and professional as she could be. She checked back numerous times to see if we needed anything. The brunch burger was amazing. So many flavors inside one bun! The Bloody Mary’s were spot on! We dont live here but if we did this would be a regular spot for brunch, business dinners or just a great date night! In todays world of lousy service and subpar service, this place is a shining star!!!!!“

“Our experience at Wren and Wolf was far superior to any other dining experience we have ever had. A close friend made the recommendation so when we scheduled our trip to PHX we jumped on the chance to try it out. The Staff was very experienced and willingly shared their food knowledge. The food itself was tremendously fantastic in every possible sense. The beef tenderloin and lobster had so much flavor and the texture was right on point. We had difficulty in choosing just one dessert so we got all 3 and shared them. That was the best decision of the night. Overall we give the restaurant a 10+“

“I got the 10 oz prime rib , was definitely snuff for me . The twice baked potato was great, and the calamari was cooked perfect. I find it hard to get good calamari out here , because everyone thinks you're supposed to cover it in bread crumbs and deep fry it ! Feenys does it right .“

“This is was one of the best dinners I have had in a long time! Everything from the location, service and food was on point. We went to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends and were very impressed with all this place had to offer. The cocktails were stiff and delicious. The appetizers were plentiful and the main course I had the attitude adjustment and the wife had the illicit affair. With dessert I had to get the expresso martini. I had the Wagyu Ribeye and it was spectacular. Paired with mashed potatoes my wife had the grilled salmon with potatoes gratin. “I was here for my birthday 8/25/24 with my girlfriend. It was an absolute delight! I had the grass fed ribeye, medium well, and it was probably the best steak I've ever had. That's saying a lot for a guy living and being from Chicago. The ambience was top notched and the customer service was great! I can't wait until I'm back in AZ, I will definitely return here. “Entire staff were kind and attentive. Our main server Destiny took care of us and checked in frequently. Food was excellent. We shared the porterhouse for 2 meal which came with a choice of 2 sides for each and choice of salad. We went au gratin, asparagus, garlic mash and sauteed spinach. Both had classic ceaser. Also order an appetizer, calamari which came with marinara and they let us sub cocktail w/ fresh horseradish instead of remoulaud. Would recommend all of those. Steak cooked perfect. They also had provided bread basket that had some amazing jalepeno cheddar biscuits and other types, a bruschetta bite, raspberry sorbet palette cleanser and ginger snap cookies. Cocktails were great. The value of the meal can't be beat. We will definitely be back!“

“Darden you still do pretty darn good – very good. And pretty consistent I might add. Longhorn Steakhouse, specifically the Alma School Road, Mesa location – do a darn good job. It is practically impossible presently to not find corporations operating restaurants that can essentially offer or deliver 1) amazing service – they emphasize it: I give it 4.0 , 2) an excellent attention to detail especially in hospitality – excellent table service: I give it 3.5, 3) cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in their décor, amenities and lavatories – carpets clean and didn’t see smudges on glass: I give it 4.0, 4) an abundant and/or varied food and/or product menu: I give it 4.5, 5) consistently appetizing offerings: I give it 4.5, 6) a sincere customer service: I give it 4.5, 7) unique, innovative or specialized menus: I give it 4.0, 8) value and price of meals: I give it 3.5, and most of all, 9) the inert desire of one wanting to return, again and again for the experience gained: I give it 4.0. These are some if not most of what my basic requirements are when visiting one of these establishments each time. Then more specifically comes, of course, the food. On our last visit we devoured some really good Spicy Chicken Bites. A superbly prepared parmesan crusted Spinach Dip along with the perfectly prepared Three Dons Margarita. On various previous occasions we enjoyed their excellent White Cheddar stuffed mushrooms, terrific Steakhouse wings, fab Firehouse T-Bones and Flo’s Filet is always utterly well made. This is just the tip of the iceberg of our tastings at Longhorn Steakhouse. My wife and I do not pretend to be professional reviewers but are most definitively connoisseurs of excellent foods whether a fine upscale cuisine, middle-of-the-road common eats, or a low-end fast-food joint. In this way, I have developed a to-the-point method for determining the personal worthiness of each establishment visited as noted in my opening. Simplified, each requisite noted for the establishment visited best scored by my highest score offered. Longhorn Steakhouse Mesa scores a 3.5 of a potential 5.0. Take note the peripheral score of 3.6 does not represent the food’s 4.5 rating. Bon appétit.“

“1st time at this location. Wait time was 10 minutes or less, food was served within 15, excellent timing . Ordered medium rare, was nearly well done on both steaks. No brown sugar for the sweet potato, no bacon bits on loaded potato. Server had somewhat of an attitude when we asked for the brown sugar. Never offered to refill drinks or bring more rolls . Will give this location another try, if not will go back to Mesa location. Yes I do always tell my friends Tx Roadhouse is the best place to go.“

We even got to try a new menu item...a really lovely and modern twist on a beet salad. Steak was very well prepared with a smoky flavor. Bar area has a really nice upscale but cozy vibe too.“

“We usually love going to Ruth's Chris, but this experience was different. We booked a reservation for outdoor seating as that one was of the options on OT and said we were celebrating a birthday. When we got there they sat us in the back without letting us know about the change and when we said something they said outdoor seating is only for walk ins (then that shouldn't be an option to book in the reservation) and then the table wasn't decorated how they usually do with the little birthday decorations on the table, but other tables were. Then it took a while for anyone to serve us and our drinks took extremely long that even the waitress kept apologizing and then our food was not cooked to our requests so I ended up eating when the rest of our party was done. It was a disappointing experience since it was the first time we took the rest of our party with us.“
