McDonald's in Tucson

“Haven’t had a good bacon egg and cheese biscuit in a long time. My normal McDonald’s up in the 9000 block of tanque verde serves very doughy sad biscuits. This McDonalds was great tho. Bit of crunch but still soft inside. They won me over. McDonald’s corporate could definitely add a lil more bacon tho.“

“Placed an online order for curve side pickup and it was easy.

Still the same McDonald's food, kids still love it. However if going to this location (Dinosaur McDonald's) make sure you check your order for all items. We didn't get all of the ordered food. They have forgotten food for the past 5 or 6 orders.“

“Some customers were harassing and yelling at the crew, still got service with a smile after the employees were getting berated over the drink machine not working. Customers rude, employees were nice and chill tho. I was treating them kindly, and they were then being kind to me back, even got a free cookie for being nice and patient.

TLDR, don’t be an ass to the employees, don’t make their lives harder than it needs to be. Chances are if you’re nice to them, they’ll be nice to you“

“Picked up the 2 big Mac 2 10 piece mc buggers and 2 med fries combo. In my opinion the most cost effective combo out of all of them.. the big macs were tasty And made well. The fries were very good and the I'm nuggets were not at the peak of hot but still good. I got the bbq sauce for dipping.. could have used two sauce containers.. was prepared fast and they were somewhat busy.“

Dietary restrictions: IMHO: if you remotely value your health you should avoid McDonald's food and it's mysterious list of wacky unhealthy ingredients.

“It's a classic, always has been, always will be. I feel like their food has lost its quality over the years but then again, it all depends on the crew because I swear to you, the McDonald's in Yuma, you guys are amazing. Best McDonald's I've ever had in my life.“

“This Walmart McDonald's was busy with no clear place for customers to line up for ordering, so we ended up blocking people wanting to go into the Walmart. Half the tables had undividual Walmart employees taking their lunch break! This is a Walmart problem and should be addressed. The food was good, and the service was great.“

“On this recent trip to Mickey D's I was here for some breakfast sandwiches before work. Ordering through the APP made it more convenient and I just waited in the designated space for curbside. My order was accurate and appeared freshly made. The staff were friendly and professional. No complaints or issues on this trip.“

“I was greeted by a nice employee who helped me place my order on the big touch screen (not many people's favorite way to order). The food arrived quickly and was good quality and value. The Frappé was excellent. One of the better MacDonalds I have visited.“

“Took my family there after one of our outings and we had a great time. Gabby was amazing with serving and customer service. She had a wonderful attitude with great service! I know the location isn't the best as there were transients there as well, but overall it good experience.“

“By far one of the best McDonald's I have visited here in Tucson Arizona with a very very spacious dining area they don't have a play area but they do have tablets installed for our kids to play on while we eat the staff is always incredibly welcoming and the food is always on point the only complaint I have is that there isn't a drink dispenser or fountain station in the lobby for guests so you end up having to wait until the staff has an opportunity to get you your drink“

“Thus store is my first choice to go to when I want McDonald's they are quick. I have seen them (in the last 2 visits hand me sprites that have been sitting there and the ice is melted at the top, so that's the only issue I have had lately.“

“Nice McDonalds location. It is modern and very clean.

My only gripe is the stupid order kiosks they have. I am a tech junkie, but I still hate using those machines to order vs ordering from a human. I'm not sure why they consider these an upgrade. I would recommend ordering ahead on the app, or trying to order from a staff member if you can catch one, than playing 20 questions with the stupid order kiosks.“

My first time at this McDonald’s. I had an issue with the mobile app based on my error. Staff went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was happy.

“This McDonalds is always better to just go inside then your order will get to you the way you ordered it. It's much easier to order online or even at the touch screen kiosk inside. The closer to the closing time you go the worse the drive thru is. Of course you'll most likely have to repeat your order more than once or twice when going thru their drive thru whatever time u go through.

Parking: Parking lot directly across randolph/Reid park(pond near the zoo) and theres a pedestrian crosswalk with light.

Kid-friendliness: There is a play area at this mcdonalds which is inside. This is tucson and 10 minutes of feeding the ducks across at the park will have anyone happy to play in mcdonalds indoor play place.“

“The parking lot is clean. When I look at the building, I see the walls, windows, and door are clean. I walk inside and see the floor, tables, counter tops, kiosks, and even the freaking trash can are all clean. I ordered with the kiosk and scanned my app for the reward points, works first try. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with extra ketchup, extra mustard, extra onions, extra pickles, and no bun. They got it right, and it was brought to my table fast and hot. I got a large cup with unsweetened tea, and it was delicious. The bathrooms are coded and so clean. The staff were extremely friendly even though they were busy as heck, which is a huge plus because I've seen staff fall apart and be short with people when busy. Not on this visit to this location at all. Excellent service.“

We bought a #5 and the $5 deal with 4peace sm fries and a drink took 2 bite of the mcdoubble found a black hair melted with the cheese took my food back spoke to the manager he offierd to remake my burger I was Like absolutely not why would I want another burger after I found a black hair in mine manager didn't offer my $$ back nothing. This sucks because this was our go to McDonald's.“

“I was in the drive thru and I ordered 2 for 5 and the person who took my order was a little bit rude and she was wearing a headset and at the same time an airpod on the other ear . Managers are you allowing your employees to wear those? I need your email so I will show it to you . Improper.“

“The other night they forgot our chicken nuggets. I went back today but I couldn't find the photo of the receipt. They said it's ok, we'll replace the entire order or give you a credit. I said I just want 4 nuggets and the fries. They have me all of that. No questions asked! Very nice young people there. Fries were so hot“

“Stopped at this McDonald's on our way to the Sonoran Desert Museum. We normally don't go to McDonald's because of the rude staff and just bad ambience in general. However, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Very polite and exceptional staff. Thank you so much!“

“Exceptional service in the drive thru, 03/05/25 2:10-2:30. Both girls in the drive thru headset and taking my payment represented this Mcdonald’s so well because usually their service sucks. Girl running out orders was a little rude to the guy in front of me but was nice to me; he was being a little loud/rude so it’s natural instinct, which I understand. Alexia, Samantha, and Kayla got the job done! Good jobbbb!“
