“A local Timmy's at its best vibe. Everything at this location is good - including the quickness of the service. The only thing I would say is the layout of the store is not really well-done, the point of access to the lineup is poor, especially when it gets really busy. Not enough opening for both entering and exiting the store. Other than that, everything is good. I really liked how there is enough (but not too much) sunlight coming into the store when it's nice out.“
“I've been to several Tim Hortons in town and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Staff is super friendly, polite, and always speedy and helpful. Have never had to wait long to be serve and always get my order quickly. I always look forward to my morning visit and can't wait to be greeted by the friendly staff. Can't recommend this location enough.“
“I was pleasantly surprised. We live in the US and have never been to a Tim Hortons. Our Daughter had heard of their coffee and wanted us to get her some. The breakfast sandwich and donut were very good! So was the coffee. It was just a little scalding when it came out. Had to wait a while before we could drink “
“Today was a Great Evening / Nght at Tim's. Noticed two girls working , Polite, Courteous , Positive response. I had a medium cup of Coffee and the cashier suggested Fruit explosion ?, Chocolate Chip and Lemon Poppy seed which sounded appealing and I got the Poppy seed muffin warmed up just right with Butter. Gotta Love your life and eat Butter.I kept thinking ? is this the same Tim's that I usually come in the Morning and the staff don't even have time to ask you if you have your Tim's app to scan. Other day I spent $21.00 at South Fraser Tim's and didn't even get my card scanned , I mentioned to the order taker and she said Sorry , it's already paid for and late. Even though there was no body behind me it was still a Mad rush to get you out of the Drive through. It did take a little bit, as I noticed a young homeless Lady sitting by the Tim's ordering station. I ended up buying her a full meal and me and my partner had our Favorite Steak, Egg biscuit sandwich with Coffee.Anyways I was quite happy with tonight's service at Tim's and would rather come back in the Evening then have my Morning ruined by Morning crew. Oh by the way yesterday morning , I didn't get any napkins and luckily I checked my bag b4 leaving and noticed 1 butter only. Now I ain't Butter Crazy ? its just I use Cashew butter at home and Real Butter is my Treat.Dietary restrictions: You can get a Bowl of Hot Soup, wrap without meat, and substitute for extra condiments. Flat bread pizza wasn't available unfortunately at 9:45 pm. I'll try another evening.Parking: Co shared with Wendy's and lots available. Talking of Wendy's , stay tuned for their review. My partner got Frozen taters this morning.Wheelchair accessibility: Available large spots for wheelchair access ♿♿♿♿“
“Extremely convenient location and a good solid Timmies, however because it's crazy busy the line up to get served can be quite long and frustrating to stand there with nobody paying any attention to you as they only seemed concerned with serving people at the drive through. On the plus, there is a good range and quantity of yummy donuts and the restaurant does offer plenty of cosy, convenient and clean seating areas in a nice vibe which has excellent upkeep and cleanliness.“
“There’s timbits and donuts are so good I love them. Another thing isn’t they show the things that’s your going to buy on the menu board but then they actually give you the food that’s on the picture menu. McDonald’s is so bad at that and they give you a very poor looking item compared to the image.“
“I am loving the new cinnamon latte with oat milk. This has got to be the busiest Tim Hortons around here. The staff is always trying their best to keep up. Always polite. Food/coffee always fresh. The place is clean. Some of the customers, however, could use a little more patience and a few manners.“
“Been here few times for early morning coffee and bagel. Service was quick, didn’t have to repeat myself on the drive through.Followed instructions.Coffee and Bagel were upto Tim Hortons standards. No long wait either, service was quick. No complaints so far.“
“Happy people. Even gave a little extra for end of shift. A real Tim Hortons inside a gas station. Not just a simple coffee corner, put a full-fledged real Tim Hortons. I did not have to cross the street . Unfortunately this survey doesn't want to recognize that you stopped for a snack. Delicious Double-Double with a donut or 6Parking: In front, plus a drive throughWheelchair accessibility: Is, as are all timmiesDietary restrictions: Just ask“
“The food is good, but the atmosphere is not good. people work there never smile.Vegetarian options: You can get salad and hash brown..Dietary restrictions: you can know the calories of food tooParking: Parking is outside of storeKid-friendliness: They have good meals for kids too“
“Just a suggestion might be a great idea to get more round tables in the southfraser timhortons for people who have are in wheelchairs and moble scooters and people who cant walk and need a bigger table to sit at i think that. That would help out tremendously other then that this southfraser timhortons is “
“I went there with my family , the food at this location was delicious. We was little confused regarding what to order for our child Then , their lovely employees suggest and made us the customized hot chocolate .Our child really enjoyed it. Overall it experience was great .we would suggest you to visit this location.“
“During Smile cookie season, this place makes the best cookies! A+. I love smile cookies more than anything, the nostalgia just gets me. And on the very last day, during the last hours of the store being open, I ordered 5 smile cookies, but the kind lady gave me 6! When I got home, the smile on my face - bigger than the cookies lol. Seriously, it made my day!! THANK YOU!!!“
“The staff at Tim's on Sumas Way in Abbotsford or courteous and very efficient. You're sure to get your order right food comes out hot or cold as you need it and you can count on it being fresh. They have a level of professionalism that makes you feel like everybody knows your name. In stark contrast to the staff at South Fraser Way and Abbotsford way where they should all be fired in a mass firing and replaced by people that actually care and have customer service skills.“
