“Went here with a group of 7 for happy hour. Service was excellent, waiter was responsive. Happy hour drinks were good. Prices are fair for happy hour food but wish it had more variety. One of the people in my group mentioned the fish tacos were a bit dry and the waiter brought over some sauce for her. Ambiance is very chic. Good place to hang out w/ friends and catch up.“

“Great place to pit stop if you’re at metrotown. Price is a bit on the higher side, but worth the purchase as it’ll keep you full for quite a while.

Food: Their Original Philly is gooood. Simple and done well. The New Yorker was pretty good but prefer the Original Philly.
The add-on-site are typical menu items.

Service: Not much interaction so not much to comment on service. You have to ask for ketchup. No straws provided. No private washroom available.

Atmosphere: Nice that they have their own seating area. Calm environment to take a break.“

“Top tier semi hidden bar! It's a bit of a time capsule to an older-Van style, unpretentious sports-bar roadhouse type place. The location is unusual, sort of at the basement of an apartment complex on a road you've never been to before, situated on an urban residential cul-de-sac, giving the bar a sheen of surreality.

With many pool tables, lots of tables, two big screens for 2 different games to watch, and good prices for beer, I'd be here all the time if it was local to me.

Special mention for the food: had the chef's special lasanga last night and it was so good ordered a second dinner to try!

“The food was very good here. I ordered the crepes with strawberries, and I’m honestly not too sure how to rate them. Usually when I've ordered crepes, they come with a filling or sauce or something... so getting just plain crepes with strawberries on top was unexpected. They were still light and nice, and the strawberries were fresh and crisp. It wasn’t a bad breakfast at all, and it was exactly what the menu said it would be, so overall it was okay.

Their buttermilk biscuit, though? SO much flavor. I loved it, and I would definitely go back just for that. They served the hot chocolate in a huge cup, which made the price feel worth it. The strawberry lemonade was very sweet but still flavorful. The French toast was nice, and the hashbrowns were great. Crispy on the outside, soft inside.

There was plenty of space to sit inside, and the booths were comfortable. They have a QR code you can scan on your table to pay online which was cool. We were served quickly, and the customer service was very nice. I actually left my biscuit on the table by accident, and when I went back five minutes later, they had already cleaned the table... but they kept my biscuit off to the side in case I returned. I was so happy about that!

This place is located near a mall, so there’s lots of parking available. I’d definitely go back.“

“I have the Ancho Chicken Poutine delivered about once every 6 weeks. It is always delicious. I also appreciate the fact that there are no napkins, plastic utensils etc. - not needed when you are eating at home. Finally a delicious chocolate chip cookie always comes free of charge with the order. Try the poutine - it's excellent!“

“It's important to remember when visiting Quizine that this is an educational / learning environment for VCC students. I've never had a bad meal from Quizine and I find the prices super reasonable considering what you get. Decent selection of items (although I have to admit that my dietary restrictions are minimal so I can't speak on that front). It can be a little slow when it's busy but, again, that's to be expected.“

When we came to check the venue out they were very accommodating . Details were all worked out to our satisfaction.
On our day, I can't say enough about the staff. Everything was ready and they were very efficient, polite and friendly.
The food was fantastic.

“Always good, I pretty consistently get food doordashed to me from this specific Denny's. Arrives nice and warm, never burnt or underdone, always as I ordered. Consistent in their quality which is a big plus, some restaurants are fantastic one moment and then suddenly it's like the cook had a terrible terrible morning. Not here though.

Today I just got a build my own slam. Eggs perfect, sausages juicy, turkey bacon nicely cooked, potatoes are cheesy.

I love the berry stuffed french toast and country fried steaks. I get those from time to time, I'd highly recommend the berry French toast.“

“The best food I have had dining out in years. You must try the coconut Shrimp. They are huge and super tasty!!!! Too many things to list. You will be satisfied with everything on the menu. “I love Bon’s. They have a $3.00 breakfast, for anyone on a budget. The atmosphere is awesome, such a cool place to go to. You get your own coffee and water which I like. It is a family owned establishment, Bon is the dad. For three of us, four plates of food, three coffees was just over $40.00, which is super reasonable. It’s my favourite place to go for breakfast and I highly recommend it. 🧡“

“Saw this place on social media and thought it was worth a try. I kept putting off trying this place, because of the neighborhood that it was in. However, it had a Friday to Sunday happy hour lunch special, so we went. It was pretty amazing.

We ordered:
Single combo ($18.50) - came with a single smash burger, fries and a drink. I looked at the menu after the fact, it was the price of the burger and fries so the happy hour special essentially gives you a free drink.
Double combo ($22.00) - it had two very tasty smashed patties. Like the single, it had pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and an awesome sauce. Also came with fries and a drink.
Hamburger ($10.50) - Had all the dressings and a crispy smashed burger patty.
Onion Rings ($8.00) - it was one of the better onion rings I have had.

The restaurant was clean and there was a free arcade game to play while you wait for your food.

Service was excellent, very attentive and helpful.

“If you're tired of overpriced pretentious restaurants in Vancouver, and want some old school comfort food served by experienced attentive staff, you must try this Vancouver landmark. First time I've been here in 50 years and it will not be the last. The sole waitress was also the hostess, cashier, busser, and coffee refiller. The owner cooked, served and cashier. With restaurants dropping like flies in Vancouver due to high cost and labour shortage, it's amazing to see how efficiently this old school diner is run to keep labour cost and menu prices down.“

“We've been coming to this IHOP for years now. We used to come with our mom and since she passed away it's a place for my sister and I to go for good memories. The ladies have always been wonderful and make our visit fun. We've never gone to another restaurant that has made us feel this way! “I visited IKEA Saudi Arabia many times during my stay there n then South Korea. And this evening I was at IKEA Coquitlam Canada. I always enjoy visiting IKEA all the places because of its keeping n offering excellent quality goods - mainly furniture - at reasonable n affordable prices. And today again it was a great experience visiting there at IKEA with my daughter n family members. We enjoyed shopping there n bought many good things. We even bought a Pakistan made twin-size duvet cover with pillow cover though I came here just two weeks back from there, though I bought a Turkish made one because of their high quality fabric and thread count. And as usual we enjoyed dining there as we never found it expensive though IKEA always offer good quality meals and its large dining area is always almost full with people from all around the world. My most favourite dish here at IKEA Coquitlam was Fish with Chips as was in South Korea. While at Jeddah in Saudi Arabia it was Hummus and Omelette while there mostly Saudi women visit just to eat high value food of their choice. And it was another good attraction for dinning people at IKEA Canada to have pleasure of taking free tea n coffee after easy n free membership. MORE POWER TO IKEA -Worldwide ❤️“
