Her demeanour is light and bright and she speaks clearly, listens actively and makes a tidy sandwich. She's thorough and thoughtful, multitasks rather effortlessly and she's quick without seeming rushed or anxious. My mood lifts upon spotting her behind the counter when I walk in because I know I'm about to have a 10/10 customer experience. She's the kind of gal that makes a regular out of a customer.“

“I worked near the Bainbridge Subway Restaurant in Burnaby for a couple years and usually went for lunch there twice a week. The staff and the manager were fantastic, the restaurant was always clean and well organized. Lunches there can be very busy but the staff were always great on how fast they looked after everyone's order with great attention to detail and were very friendly to their customers. Sadly, I have not found a nearby Subway at my new office that comes close to mztching the service at the Bainbridge Subway.“

I usually get Subway from the Production Way-University Station location but that one is temporarily closed for repairs. I won't hesitate to come back here again and again!“
