“Have been buying Avalon milk for many many many years, because it’s humane However bought a milk and it went bad the next day. Went to return it and the manager blamed my husband said couldn’t be from them. Seriously Sorry but we have better things to do then drive all the way from Delta To get another milk. Not happy with the way my husband was treated And then only discounted it. Didn’t give a brand new one. Not good customer service. Shame on you.“

“Today was a hot busy Saturday and I was in the mall from about 6-9pm closing. I kept my eye on the yogenfruz waiting for the line to die down a bit. Every single time I checked back it had only gotten bigger! I ended up being one of the last people before the mall closed and these people were so incredibly kind and fast and courteous. “National banana split day is my fav day of the year! But there was no advertising outside the shop and the girl didn't seem to know anything about it until I showed her the email. Email also said custom flavors and she thought it was only the standard.
A different girl ended up serving us who was very nice.

“I wanted to order a beef dip and pay for my groceries and was shocked to find that the order line up for lunch and grocery are separate! The result was the cashier scrambling to grab a pen and paper from the sandwich bar. The process was not smooth.

I have no problem with the staff since they are kind. I am concerned with the ordering process confusing customers and staff. The signage that indicates where to order lunch should be hanging visibly, not hidden from plain sight.

Other than this I had a delicious sandwich and corn chowder!“

“I had never tried shaved ice until going to this super cute cafe —and it was love at first bite! The ube shaved ice bubble tea was absolutely AMAZING! The fine flakes of ice melted on my tongue and the ube flavour was a perfect flavour and sweetness. I greatly appreciated that I could choose my preferred sugar level. I also had try the chocolate flavour in the same visit, and was delighted by that one as well. I highly recommend checking out this place! The decor is adorable and the ice cream looks super tasty (I’m excited to try the Earl Grey!).“
