Her demeanour is light and bright and she speaks clearly, listens actively and makes a tidy sandwich. She's thorough and thoughtful, multitasks rather effortlessly and she's quick without seeming rushed or anxious. My mood lifts upon spotting her behind the counter when I walk in because I know I'm about to have a 10/10 customer experience. She's the kind of gal that makes a regular out of a customer.“

“Not sure why such terrible reviews here. I ordered take out on the mobile app for the first time from this location and my 2 veggie footlongs were great! I usually get Subway from the Production Way-University Station location but that one is temporarily closed for repairs. I won't hesitate to come back here again and again!“
