“What a gem! Visited Little Farm Vineyard on 06 Sep 2025. Their wines are a delight. All the wines have their own character. The hostess at the winery was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the wine-making process and the winery.“

Vanessa Vineyard Winery •
1090 BC-3, Cawston

“One of the best choices of wineries in the area! we visited for a girls trip and stopped by a number of wineries, but Vanessa Vineyard had the most friendly staff and warm ambience. Saira the tasting manager took excellent care of us and recommended the most delicious wines I have ever tried. I was able to get a tasty, yet affordable Rosé for my family back at home and they absolutely loved it! Will definitely be stopping at Vanessa’s on my next trip out.“

“Lovely little Winery.
We stopped by for a quick wine tasting and ended up in a nice chat with the girl at the bar.
The different wines were unique and very tasty.
Sadly there is no Cider at the moment.

Hugging Tree Winery Winery • $$
2505 Upper Bench Rd, Keremeos - 2.62 miles

“After several moves and a lengthy career with the RCMP Walter and Cristine Makepeace settled in the stunning Similkameen valley. They purchased an organic apple and peach orchard near Cawston in 2005 and after 9 years of hard work transformed it into the family owned Hugging Tree Winery. Son and winemaker Bradley (inspired by his time as a bartender in fine dining restaurants in Whistler) pursued his dream of wine making via Okanagan College Viticulture and Winemaking program to create the small lot craft wines many enjoy. Roll forward to 2019, the family decided to sell the previous lot for 2 beautiful small lots which feature warmer micro-terroirs that could offer a broader portfolio. Bordelaise varietals, Viognier and Syrah are the focus. Quaint country side atmosphere with an incredible valley and mountain backdrop and delicious wines really make this a Similkameen gem! Great to speak with Bradley and see his passion for wine and giving guests an authentic experience! 😎🍷🥂🍇⛰“
