“Stopped by based on a recommendation from a friend after lamenting that very few bakers in the lower mainland know how to properly bake and… I was really impressed!

Their puff pastries, and in particular their croissants, were exemplary! Perfectly laminated with even and fluffy flake, just the right amount of chew, and uniformly caramelized. Probably the best in and around Vancouver.

Service was super friendly. Went early on a Saturday, so can’t speak to how orderly they are during rush, but I would happily wait in line for their treats.

Now that I know they exist, and are a quick detour from my gym, I will be getting fat.“

“Such a great bakery! Finally quality treats worth the extra time at the gym! They are not like most bakeries now days that use excessive sugar and oil for cheaper flavour. “After finishing my hearing test a few doors down I wanted to grab a coffee for my trip back to Maple Ridge. I went into a name brand store, was ignored and left. Then I spotted this gem. I ordered my usual black coffee and watched as someone actually ground the fresh beans and then made my coffee in a French press. I joked with them that that's how I make my coffee at home. I added a blueberry lemon scone and had a nice drive home. All 3 staff were a pleasure to deal with, and my snack was delicious.“

“Cute Asian bakery. The service was very kind and the baked goods were out of this world. I had their chicken bun and it was one of the best chicken buns I’ve tried. Fluffy, airy bread filled with creamy chicken filling. They also have all the classics like bbq pork buns with the flaky, baked, and steamed versions. Lots of cakes too. Excellent baked goods.“

we’ve always picked up cakes and bread but we tried some drinks and they were pretty good. they’re strawberry matcha latte was good but the strawberry purée really overpowered the matcha flavour.“

“This is our favorite place to get sourdough sandwich loaf (sliced to order, regar or thick) & cinnamon rolls (available with or without icing). They also have a variety of sweet & savory items including scones, danishes, (Turkish) flat bread, buns and dinner rolls. Most items are suitable for vegans. “I bought baram rice cake through GANDAGO delivery. I was only about to eat one or two when I realized that the last rice cake was hanging on my chopsticks. I took a picture of it hahahahahaha Wow, a bite of rice cake really fills my mouth with the taste of my hometown in Korea! Hahahaha Coquitlam is too far away so I don't know when I'll go there, but I'll order it often, even if it's through delivery service. I really enjoyed it!“
