“Whoa. Hands down the best Thai food I've ever eaten in my life outside of Thailand direct. You won't be disappointed. The stir fried dishes had the perfect amount of Wok Hei and smokiness. I'm still thinking about it. We had the Som Tum, Ginger Shrimp, Drunken Chicken Noodles and the most stunning Tom Kha soup I've had. The flavor profile was so deep and aromatic. Id rate this place with even more stars if I could.“

“First time in Coquitlam and the Cactus Club Cafe was recommended by a friend. We went at 1 PM and it was still busy from lunch so the 5-10 minute wait was acceptable. We were seated in the heated patio and our server was an absolute delight. Drinks & food were ordered at the same time. As we were waiting I noticed very nicely plated meals being served around us and really good looking cocktails. Our food came out quickly and was also plated very nicely. Two Chicken Pesto Quesadillas with Truffle fries and one order of Baja Fish Tacos with Truffle fries. All three of us had the same complaint. the Quesadillas and the Tacos were very light on the dressings. I could barely taste any sauce on the Tacos which made them dry & the Quesadillas had very little pesto, which should be a prominent taste. The fries were nice but not hot, just barely warm, in fact the parmesan wasn't remotely melted. The Garlic Aioli was absolutely divine tho! The patio was warm and comfortable on a cold day and the music was at a good level to still hold a conversation as the table. I will definitely go back at a slower time to see if the food can get a 5 Star rating. Definitely a great place for lunch, drinks or dinner and the service was excellent!!“

“We stopped in after a hike at Bunsen Lake for a drink or two and were greeted with the most incredible staff. This place has a great atmosphere and great drinks. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants an ice cold beverage on a sunny day. Coming back soon to check out their falls special menu.

“We tried their $45 three-course set. The appetizer and dessert couldn’t be chosen, but the flavors were okay. For the mains, my steak was too salty, and my partner’s salmon was overcooked, so overall the taste was just average. What made the meal special, though, was spotting a bear outside, which turned it into a more memorable experience.“

“Had dinner with some special friends on Sunday night and the evening was so enjoyable. We were greeted and seated by Dani the Manager who was able to seat us in a quiet cozy table. We enjoyed the crispy chili tofu, warm spinach dip with perfect garlic bread, and california rolls for appetizers. Following this was an amazing variation of mains from the cajun over roasted salmon (amazingly tender), tuna poke bowl, truffle tortellini, and the black truffle butter steak. We were there for about two hours enjoying our meal. Our server was wonderful, and we never felt rushed or ignored, despite the night being very busy. Overall, I was so pleased with the evening and look forward to our next visit.“

“Exceptional! Fantastic pizza's, The Mama Said is our favourite, but they've all been excellent! The Caesar Salad is one of the best we've had as well....definitely a must try, Not only is the food superb, but the management are attentive. We had one dine in experience, pizza's were taking slightly longer than typical, manager spotted the delay, came over to apologize and made sure we left very satisfied! We hadn't complained we weren't in any rush, but he was attentive to his guests and made sure that we did not feel forgotten. That is the trademark of a great restaurant“

“Came here for dinner and drinks and happy hour. I got the truffle butter steak and it was cooked medium rare to perfection. All the drinks we got were good like the moscow mule, and espresso martini and this one shot we had. The happy hour menu is really well built! good variety of food and drinks for post dinner cravings. Luke at the bar was a real hoot to be served by. Can tell he really enjoys bartending!“
