“Visited mid afternoon, mid week. Service was prompt and very friendly. Food was okay, typical pub grub. Special was beef dip and bacon/corn chowder. Scenery on the deck is always great. Have been before and would return. Brought a visitor to the Island this time, mainly for the view.“

“Final supper on the island before our journey back to the prairies. This supper was memorable. Large portions, great seafood linguine, good chowder, fish and chips and the shrimp platter. Service was great, our servers were a pleasure to talk with and made us feel valued and welcome. When we return to the island, this place will be on our must visit list again!“

“The Dirty Bird, as the locals call it. First time there. We had a couple of drinks and dinner. All was good. The atmosphere is “community pub” the beer was cold and refreshing, the food was good, the service excellent. I’d go back for sure.“

“Our favourite little local pub. Good food and drinks at great prices that are hard to find nowadays. It's sad that these types of traditional pubs are disappearing fast and now are few and far between. Enjoy it while it lasts. Undoubtedly, it will be replaced by your typical trendy affair with $10 beers and $23 burgers. It's no wonder people don't go out anymore. Definitely wish there were more good places like the Brass Bell.“

(romantic atmosphere) ? ate chicken Caesar wrap much better than anw i swear. has parmesan and crotons lots of chicken and bacon very flavorful. boyfriend got burger it was mid. getting drinks here is a delight fair prices and tasty. good server not knowledgeable on drink prices but was presently surprised when bill was CHEAPER than quoted. will come again for every valentine’s day for the rest of my life. ?? ❤️??“

“Popped in tonight to grab a bite to eat (Solo) before I had to scoot to my shop for the last ladies night. I tried the Lamb Jalfrezi!! What a delight! Lamb was cooked to perfection, and super tender, the veggies (peppers) still had some crunch, beautifully blended spices, basmati also cooked perfectly... I would have LICKED my bowl...however, had some soft buttery Naan to wipe the bowl clean!! My waitress (I'm sorry, I didn't ask you name... you know who you are!!). Lovely, young lady, took the time to chat a bit... it was just what I needed!! Thank you!“
