I asked for no sugar, and she snuck that powder in there without telling me and impacted my food sensitivity test. She was very nice otherwise and even offered me a new drink when I called on the phone, but I just wanted to warn people to ask for no powder if you want no sugar. :)“

Not only is the taste refined and well-prepared, but the staff's friendliness also makes every visit feel good. I am obsessed with this place!!! I love their scones, brownies and my partner loves their cinnamon buns. I absolutely LOVEEEEEE their matcha.🍵 Shout out to the amazing staff for always going above and beyond! Some I see more often even remember my drink. I bring a whole crew when I can and always vouch for your business to anyone who'll listen!

“Once again I have come home from this wonderful gem of a local Brookswood coffee shop, with an awesome breakfast, while enjoying the last day for their delicious egg nog lattes! (Have to go back to their very yummy Chai tea lattes next week!)
This lovely family run (or at least I believe they're family, certainly this is the atmosphere they create...) is always warm and friendly, family/kid/work meeting/ friend friendly, with a couple of tables outside where you can sit with your dog!).
The noise level is always very tolerable...so important for all those get togethers, where you can actually hear what each of you is saying....
Parking is a little more challenging these days with the Yoga Studio in the corner, but never have to wait too long for a spot, and so worth the wait to go to Cravings.

“This coffee shop is great small, cozy, and welcoming. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

I ordered a black coffee, caramel frappé, a plain croissant, and an almond fudge bar.

The black coffee was good, the caramel frappé was delicious, and the croissant was really fresh and tasty. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the almond fudge bar it was a bit too sweet for me, so I couldn’t finish it.

The surrounding area is beautiful. Right outside, you’ll find Shoreline Park, which is perfect for a walk while enjoying your coffee, or you can sit on a bench and relax by the lake.

“This is a wonderful cafe. I fell in love with the place the moment I saw their assortment of baked goods when I entered the establishment. The cafe was very busy when I came on a Tuesday afternoon, yet I still found a table for myself. I only came in for a drink and a snack, however, that was enough to make up my mind. I ordered the Spanish Latte with the Pumpkin Spiced Cream Muffin and the Cappuccino Cream Puff. The latte was potent with that espresso flavour while having that nice balance of earthy and creamy piquancy in the drink. The muffin was fresh and full of flavour, thanks to the pumpkin cream filling and the toppings. The Cappuccino Cream Puff was spectacular; everything about it was tasty from the powdered sugar on top to the light cream-filling. The aesthetic has a modern yet traditional design to its countenance with its spacious studio structure and brick wall to the antiquated decor and antiques. The service was quite good and have no complaints against. I hope the next time I come to Gratia, it will be for a full lunch, so I could try their sandwiches or brunch choices.“
