“My lady and I mentioned to Jamie how much we appreciated her professionalism. She was well
informed about everything. When we had a question about the menu, or anything else for that matter, she answered everything without having to check with either the bar or the chef. “Went here for lunch one day with my son because he wanted ramen. Of course once he realized they served cold soba noodles he got that instead. He loves cold soba and really enjoyed it. I tried the tantan ramen and it was ok, but not great. Will try something else next time. Will certainly pay them another visit.“

“I’m actually in the restaurant now. We came in on a Saturday at 1.30 pm. We tried to order wine but were told wine was not available till happy hour at 2pm. I had a beer and waited. I tried at 2pm and was told I had a choice of one white or red house wine of which I had never heard of. I declined and decided I order wine at home. This is simply ridiculous. It’s a “upper” scale restaurant and I can’t see or order from a white list. Changes need to be made. The burger was excellent. My wife was also frustrated with the inability to order a glass of wine.“

“Us old "foggies" love the beer shack. We even sometimes like to call it "Sawbucks South" because they love the 70s cover bands and even let us dance! Beers are ok but location is most important. I feel like there's not enough places around here that cater to our generation so I'd like to say thank you.“

“There was six of us that I’ve had dinner there twice on the second time. We actually had dinner in the bank vault itself. The atmosphere is amazing. An old bank may be 100 years old and there’s just so much to see on all the walls and the beams they’ve done a wonderful job for the ambulance, the food is fabulous and very different. “Had a great happy hour brunch Sunday. The only thing that marred the experience was that they forgot to put in a food order for one of the guests. The manager did comp it though. It suddenly got busy so it took a while to get our bills. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.“

“I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but my visit to Milestones was such a genuinely positive experience that I felt I needed to share. From the moment I sat down, I could tell the service was going to be different and that’s all thanks to our waiter, Brian.

Brian wasn’t just polite, he was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire meal. He checked in at just the right times, making sure everything was perfect without ever making it feel forced. You could tell he takes pride in what he does and that he actually cares about people, not just the job. That kind of service is rare these days, and it honestly set the whole tone for my visit.

The food itself was fantastic fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared but what really stuck with me was Brian’s kindness and professionalism. I usually don’t tip much beyond the standard, but this time I went out of my way to leave a generous tip because the service truly deserved it.

Even though Milestones is technically considered fast food, the quality of the food and the outstanding service made it feel like a much more elevated dining experience. For me, it was an easy and genuine 5-star experience, and that’s not something I give lightly.
