“West Coast Fish N Chips : The fish is cooked to perfection( we usually get cod). The fries are home cut with skins on, have to say coleslaw is a bit chunky for some people who wear dentures.. ( I enjoy it) Staff is great!, the prices have stayed reasonable, maybe because they haven’t renovated 🤔and We love the ambience!!!”

“The young lady at the drive through was very polite and quick. I have to RAVE that seeing the “You are Enough” Sweaters that the owner had given them to wear as a Christmas gift was absolutely the best thing I have ever seen when it comes to uniform. I am not sure if A&W have adopted this but it’s fantastic and they should do it across the franchise!!!

“We took my parents to Butchart Gardens to enjoy their Holiday Tea. Immediately we were hospitably greeted by a gentleman offering to hang our coats and welcomed us into the dining room. Our server Lauren was most gracious and patient as she explained the menu to us. (My parents are elderly and sometimes take a little longer to do things). We were served tea and a beautiful tiered tray of sandwiches, scones and sweets. The room was extremely calm, the music added to a relaxing atmosphere. In every way, we had a most enjoyable experience at Butchart Gardens Dining Room. We will definitely visit again.”

They go above and beyond to accommodate dietary requests (if it is within their limitations) and always communicate well.
The staff are friendly and efficient.
I’ve not dined there but would assume it is as great as the food and service.

“We hired Taco Revolution for our wedding this September and I couldn’t recommend them more! The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing. All of our guests were raving about the food for days after. It was so nice knowing that they were going to show up, set up, serve and then take down. We also had no issues with items running out and all of our guests were happily full after. It was wonderful having all the different dietary restrictions taken care of and big thumbs up for the nut free kitchen as we had a guest who is very allergic.
