“I don't usually leave reviews for anything, but I felt I had to this time. There is a girl named Era who works at this location. She helped me when I was having trouble at the counter with my Tim's gift card. I had a paper with a scanner on it, and she assisted me in transferring the balance to a physical card, even though she was working in the drive-thru. She came over and helped me at the counter; she was very kind and calm. Thanks to her and to all the staff.“
