“Very impressed with this restaurant, the food was yummy, especially the salt and pepper tofu. We ordered take out, but the restaurant itself when we picked up our order was clean and bright, and the staff, who I believe were the owners were very friendly. They’ve been there about a year and we wish them good luck moving into their second year. Would definitely recommend. Although we spent more than usual for Chinese food, it will easily give us a nice left over meal.“
“My wife and I went to the food court in Woodgrove Mall, Nanaimo a few days ago. We chose the three choices meal from the Manchu Wok. We chose Sweet & Sour pork, Salt & pepper fish and Honey & Garlic chicken accompanied by vegetable fried rice. There was plenty for the two of us. The meal was very tasty and enjoyable and represented excellent value for less than C$ 15. Staff were very helpful. I'll be going there again!“

“One of the last great buffets, its got all the good stuff like chicken balls, deep fried prawns, sweet and sour pork and orange chicken. I've been going for over a year and I can't recommend this place more if you like buffets. Great staff and fresh food, the price is very reasonable and it's more than a step up from the other buffets I've been to on the island.“

“The best Chinese fried rice and noodles in Nanaimo. Great prices and value for their fried rice and noodles. I haven't tried their other menu items, so I can't rate that part. I like how they are open until 11 PM as most restaurants are closed by 8 or 9 PM.“

“New to this restaurant. Atmosphere was very nice. Food was delicious and the portions large. One combo for one would feed 2 ppl. I also liked how the one person gave a lot of options. Service was quick and very friendly. We will be going back.“
