“Haven’t been there in about 5 months, and actually on my way there. First time I went I was greeted by the sweeter lady that ever graced this country. She was helpful, shared some fun and good stories. The selection kept getting better as I am a fan of the taste but can’t drink it due to religious reasons. Safe to say I hope this store stays in business.“

“Nothing better than service with an attitude here for a hockey tournament, they closed the door said they’re at capacity despite several empty seats. The staff was super disorganized and only one waitress was bringing our food and drinks she’s run off her feet, while the two others focus on telling people they’re at capacity. “We went for Happy Hour and sat at the Fraser Bar. The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. I enjoyed four drinks, including my favourite Bellinis and highballs for just $5 each, and the wine was also well priced. The customer service was exceptional, and we had such a chill, relaxing evening. We will definitely be back!“

Fortunately, I had a very enlightening experience. The staff were extremely polite and responsible, and they clearly do know how to treat customers who have paid to enjoy a few hours of their time. In particular, a staff member named Vince was very polite, professional, and completely helpful.

The bowling equipment and lanes are very new, well maintained, and frequently in order. Even better, there seems to be proper management in place. There is absolutely follow-up from management, even if you fill out and submit a customer service form. It feels like they simply do care about their customers or the quality of their service.

I will definitely be returning, and I will be informing all my friends and family to come here. There are no better places to go, and this is simply an investment of money.“
