Both our potatoes were burnt and then my friend was charged an extra THREE dollars for a tiny bit of hollandaise sauce for her eggs bene. That’s a bit ridiculous.“

“We were visiting from out of town and stopped at Cactus Club for my partners birthday dinner. We are so happy we chose Cactus as the food and service were great!

We were lucky to have Ghayass as our server and they were amazing! Very attentive and made our birthday celebration feel special. Huge shout out to Ghayass!

For food we started with the calamari and it was amazing, I could have eaten a large entree sized portion of just this! We also got a green goddess salad that was great and the bolognese pasta which was really good.

We ordered a crème brûlée for desert and Ghayass made it special by bringing it out with a happy birthday message and a candle, thank you so much! The dessert was amazing!

“We love this location for large group events as they are always very accommodating. There’s lots of free parking in the shopping complex and centrally located.
The service and staff were great and the food never disappoints. There is something for everyone to choose from the menu and don’t forget to save room for dessert.
Prices have gotten a little higher but that’s with everything out there these days.“

“We enjoyed a dinner tonight and as usual, the food was great! Especially charming was the professional, affable and engaging Manager, Trevor who presented us with our bill. His manner was sincere and didn't pose the trite questions normally posed by serving staff. A great asset to Earls!“

“We came here for a friend's 40th birthday because she enjoys the food, but the server today wasn't really up to the usual standard. She didn't seem to like her job and barely smiled. The other servers were great though, they commented on our balloons, the energy and our outfits!

We ordered a few dishes, the rigatoni being my favourite (flavourful and big portion). The ravioli was overcooked and dry with veey little sauce, and the bolognese was bland. The Boscaiola was my second fav dish, mainly because I love mushrooms and it was cooked very well. Creamy and delicious.

We also ordered appetizers. The calamari was tasty and had some fried zucchinis and bell peppers, which were a nice touch. The trio dip was also 👌🏻 except that they need to provide extra pita for the large amount of dips.

Overall the experience was good, except we hoped for a better server to make it better.

I absolutely ? loved seeing Josiah again who had been extremely helpful in the past as I have anxiety at times and a positive interaction and listening authentically is so appreciated on a rough day. Anyway, Chef Amol made such an amazing veggie burger, which was made CLEAN, and perfectly balanced amount of ingredients and super FRESH. Our servers Vicky, and Anyi were calm, patient and gave us enough space as well. We had some interaction with Angela as well upon arrival and was very calm and friendly, overall there was cohesion between staff and the conversation was fun and also Josiah remembered us from a long time ago, that friendly n welcoming energy is becoming exceedingly rare in the restaurant industry and needed to write and update my review. Also please try the mash potatoes with creole ? it is absolutely BOMB as well as dirty fries tossed in honey.
