“We were visiting from out of town and stopped at Cactus Club for my partners birthday dinner. We are so happy we chose Cactus as the food and service were great!

We were lucky to have Ghayass as our server and they were amazing! Very attentive and made our birthday celebration feel special. Huge shout out to Ghayass!

For food we started with the calamari and it was amazing, I could have eaten a large entree sized portion of just this! We also got a green goddess salad that was great and the bolognese pasta which was really good.

We ordered a crème brûlée for desert and Ghayass made it special by bringing it out with a happy birthday message and a candle, thank you so much! The dessert was amazing!

“I want to say Jamie and Abhinav were server of mine last night when I went with couple of friends to the Earls. Jamie she came to table fast, very good energy and always smiling very nice.
Abhinav was very paying attention to make sure nothing missed he miss nothing. I like that. They recommend friends and me the sirloin steak with a wine for the steak Wednesday. I love it. It was perfect. Taste spectacular. They make it feel like home like I am back home in Spain where I am. They made the vibe very nice, I did not even have to think, everything just came good. I finish my wine and steak and I’m coming back definitely. These two they know how to handle they make experience perfect and are very kind! Food excellent and service excellent!“

The Caesar Salad is one of the best we've had as well....definitely a must try, Not only is the food superb, but the management are attentive. We had one dine in experience, pizza's were taking slightly longer than typical, manager spotted the delay, came over to apologize and made sure we left very satisfied! “We came here for a friend's 40th birthday because she enjoys the food, but the server today wasn't really up to the usual standard. She didn't seem to like her job and barely smiled. The other servers were great though, they commented on our balloons, the energy and our outfits!

We ordered a few dishes, the rigatoni being my favourite (flavourful and big portion). The ravioli was overcooked and dry with veey little sauce, and the bolognese was bland. The Boscaiola was my second fav dish, mainly because I love mushrooms and it was cooked very well. Creamy and delicious.

We also ordered appetizers. The calamari was tasty and had some fried zucchinis and bell peppers, which were a nice touch. The trio dip was also 👌🏻 except that they need to provide extra pita for the large amount of dips.

Overall the experience was good, except we hoped for a better server to make it better.

The second night I made an order online but accidentally pushed the Westshore location...(I'm in Saanich) when I was pointed out my mistake the young man up front went to talk to his manager Jenn! She had my order ready so fast! No questions asked! It was very busy in there for a Wednesday night! You guys are awesome. Thankyou again! We will be back to the hotel Accent Inn and Bin 4!“

“The food at Cactus, regardless of the location, is always a 10/10. I’m a big fan of Cactus and always recommend it for group outings as they can accommodate large groups and usually can find reservations same day.

This location in Delta is definitely not as nice as other locations I’ve been to in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Calgary. The inside of the building doesn’t really match the cactus modern design, it feels like it was a Boston pizza or something else and they did minimal renovations to make it work. The big noticeable item for me was the bathrooms were not up to Cactus standards and were pretty gross. The whole floor was carpeted which I have never seen in a Cactus, and one of the staff kept walking around vacuuming while people were eating which was weird and uncomfortable. And it’s not like something spilled or anything.

Beyond that, the food and service was good, we were there Saturday night around 6PM and the place was busy. We sat near the fireplace which is a nice touch. The outside patio seating looked nice but it is right next to a busy road.

Plenty of parking available, should not be an issue finding a spot.
