“Last time I went to the one on Davie st. in Vancouver I was so disappointed. This morning my husband convinced me to go there again, this time it was really good. our server May was freaking amazing and keep tabs on everyone in her section, our food came quickly and the overall experience this time was very pleasant! Ask to be in May's section when u go here!“

“I normally have a great experience but this time it was a bit off. My water glass was filthy, I asked for a new one which was also filthy so I didn’t bother to drink water. Both our potatoes were burnt and then my friend was charged an extra THREE dollars for a tiny bit of hollandaise sauce for her eggs bene. That’s a bit ridiculous.“

“The absolute BEST gluten free chicken burger I have ever had. The smash burgers are also fantastic. There is something for everyone on the menu it's a real crowd pleaser. We like to order the burgers while we enjoys beers at the brewery but it is good to know that you can order them straight from the truck in the alley as well if you are in a grab and go kind of mood. The pup burger was a real hit with our doodle!“

“If you are in Vancouver and want an amazing dining experience, we highly recommend Lift Bar and Grill. We dined here for supper on June 3, 2023, and absolutely loved the atmosphere as well as the food! Waterfront dining (they provide indoor/outdoor and roof top dining), with the water and mountain views was spectacular as we watched the sunset on the water. Our server Sean was very pleasant and courteous and made our time there very enjoyable. We started with Caesars and Soughdough Baguette, and then shared a Scallop & Prawns Linguine (we have smaller appetites). Both were absolutely Amazing dishes! The surprise birthday dessert was very much appreciated and delicious! We would say the cost is average for Vancouver restaurant dining. This is not a fast food restaurant, but chef prepared and is reflected in the presentation and taste! We will be back when we visit again!“

“Came here by chance and had a turkey sandwich which I thought was extremely fresh and delicious. I came back week later with my kids and right away Kevin (the owner) asked me if I wanted the turkey sandwich. I ended up ordering his mom’s homemade wontons. We also ordered crispy n fries, cheese sticks and a mango pineapple smoothie. A+! Good service from a hardworking personable dude!“

“I don’t give reviews very often but this place deserves it and it also deserves more than 5 stars! I’ve ordered through skip the dishes and was a bit afraid as there’s no much pictures or reviews online. I am SO GLAD that I’ve ordered from here. Everything was amazing. Perfect portion size (huge, btw) I got a free Mac n cheese with my poutines and is just delicious. I can’t compliment this place enough. Thank you for the great meal! I’ll be definitely ordering from here again. (Excuse my already eaten portions, but I’ve added pictures of my order: create your own poutine, Texas chilli cheese poutine and Classic Mac)“

“It's important to remember when visiting Quizine that this is an educational / learning environment for VCC students. I've never had a bad meal from Quizine and I find the prices super reasonable considering what you get. Decent selection of items (although I have to admit that my dietary restrictions are minimal so I can't speak on that front). It can be a little slow when it's busy but, again, that's to be expected.“

“Our server was wonderful. She was very attentive and always there to fill our water glasses and check for our orders. We were there for the Happy Hour and it was great value for money. It was a nice sunny afternoon sitting outside. I noticed there were no heaters and may be they will install them when fall season kicks in.“

“Great place to pit stop if you’re at metrotown. Price is a bit on the higher side, but worth the purchase as it’ll keep you full for quite a while.
Food: Their Original Philly is gooood. Simple and done well. The New Yorker was pretty good but prefer the Original Philly.
The add-on-site are typical menu items.
Service: Not much interaction so not much to comment on service. You have to ask for ketchup. No straws provided. No private washroom available.
Atmosphere: Nice that they have their own seating area. Calm environment to take a break.“

“Go to Denny's on Kingsway, Burnaby BC and ask for EVA as your waitress, she is super nice, a real pro and has gorgeous red hair. She is like those old-fashioned attentive waitresses that deserve big tips for being great“

“I have the Ancho Chicken Poutine delivered about once every 6 weeks. It is always delicious. I also appreciate the fact that there are no napkins, plastic utensils etc. - not needed when you are eating at home. Finally a delicious chocolate chip cookie always comes free of charge with the order. Try the poutine - it's excellent!“
