“Serving is HUGE and yum yum! The photo below was taken after I ate. This order is L6 on the lunch menu, about $25 and it would serve 2 people as you can see with the amount of food left. I am writing this review with a full stomach and what seems to be one more serving of food! The tangsuyuk and fried rice taste really good and they serve it hot. The place is nice as well especially the patio. Even if you dine outside, the staff will still check on you regularly. Highly recommended!💜💜💜“

“Stir fried pork was amazing. I haven't found many genuinely authentic tasting Korean places but this is one of the best ones I have found.

We went around dinner time on a Wednesday and there was a bit of a wait especially since their restaurant is quite small. 100% worth the wait.

When there's a smaller menu, you already know their dishes are going to be amazing because they put all their efforts into the few dishes. I think the portions are good and we were even able to take some leftovers home because we were so full.

White liquidy sauce was everywhere and soaked the buns which was off putting. “Ordered a few takeaway bowls from this lovely Korean restaurant in Burnaby. My favorite was definitely the bulgogi bowl and the spicy pork bowl. They were super filling and tasty. I couldn’t finish it all.

An absolute pleasure to visit, I In an excellent food court that I would never have found if not for Google Maps. “I've frequented here many times now and I have to say its a great little gem hidden by Coscto! Hands down the best chicken burger, they give you a full breast and always fresh!

If you're craving a fried chicken cooked to perfection every time, this is it. It's not your standard greasy oily burger either. Looks to be run by a Korean mom and her kids. You can tell, there's a lot of love put into frying!

“My husband and I love eating out at Dolpan! I always get bulgogi hot plate and my husband gets stir fried bulgogi noodles. They both come in a skillet. So delicious🤤 They also come with soy potatoes, kimchi, and rice. We always leave stuffed and still able to bring a bit back home. Highly recommend!“

She doubled checked if there's reso at 715pm. And they didn't, so we got lucky and got a big table for us. Nova was awesome from leading us to the table and gave us some time b4 placing an order. The tablet was informative and easy to place an order. We ordered the 2 person $97 combo and added $5 lettuce. (Which we find that it was not worth it for 4 piece of lettuce) PLUS, we had to order the DUCK... new on the menu. We ordered a lot of food for 2; but we know that we will save this for our lunch next day. The second the order was submitted our sides came out and BBQ dishes, Soy Bean Soup, Rice, and Duck arrived. Nova and staff was always on it and made sure if we had everything. Honestly, we didn't have to wait for anything. As you all know, there's many Korean BBQ restaurants in Coquitlam. We've tried a few, and tbh this is one we would come back to. Good reason for us to go to coquitlam to eat at ToeDam and grocery shop at HMart. Tofu kimchi soup and the vegetable salad that came along with the barbecue combo were really good!

The portion of small Gamjatang is generous, though I feel the taste is average.

“Wow! We had a great meal here at Joon's Kitchen. We ordered a tonne of food for the table. The standouts for me are definately the Korean Tacos and the Sweet spicy/sweet soy fried chicken. These were just delicious. We also ordered Bibimbap (beef, chicken and veggie). These too were just amazing! California Roll and Unagi were also on point. Korean ribs would have better BBQ'd and were too fatty. But, that's always a risk when you order them. Overall, a great little Korean gem of a restaurant! “I came here because it's said to be the hottest Korean restaurant in Vancouver, and it truly is a clean, delicious, and friendly place. Everything on the menu is tasty! I'm a naengmyeon (cold noodle) enthusiast, so I even come here in the winter, and it's definitely the best in Vancouver! The galbi (grilled ribs) was also incredibly tender and delicious. The bulgogi was sweet, savoury, smoky, and “meat”-y. Soy curls, peppers, onions, cabbage with rice, and saucy! The Kimbap was fresh and tasty. Both were large servings you can share easily. Our server was so kind and happy to hear we travelled far to visit Chibop. The owners have an interest in vegan cuisine. Support this place for offering not just one, but many vegan options. Food honestly was surprisingly very good and price was acceptable especially the lunch set meal deal. Seafood pancake was bit more on the greasy side as the wax paper was drenched with oil. Overall a mid 4.

Service was pretty good for a solid 4 with nothing too outstanding.

The atmosphere was pretty good and it was not crowded or noisy. The individual washroom stalls were a surprise and extremely clean and well maintained. High 5 for atmosphere.

“Sparky is solid! The sparky meal is one of the best deals in the neighbourhood—boneless fried chicken, crispy fries, dip, and a pop for $15! The batter is airy and flavourful, chicken is well seasoned and not greasy at all. Everything is made fresh to order so expect to wait about 10 mins. Get a skewer while you wait! So delicious. I would love to see them introduce a chicken sandwich! That’s the only thing that’s missing ❤️“

“It's kinda expensive, but so are the rest of the restaurants. I got the chicken mayo for 16.5 (with tip), and I got a nice portion of food. The taste is okay for its price, but I don't think there're many other better alternatives around SFU. You get what you pay for: A fairly big portion of food with decent taste“

“Seen many Korean street side chicken places on You Tube. Decided to give this a try for the first time . Went to the location on Canada Way. Ordered the family Sweet Soy Chicken & Fries Took awhile to prepare the food (15 mins) No wonder ,huge amount of chicken box was packed full. Large pieces very flavorful, not greasy at all like Churches grease feast j chicken . Fries were amazing .I found a new go to place to buy chicken for a game . A tad pricey, buy I assure you very well worth the money . If this place franchises, they will give KFC & Churches very serious condition . My first time there , highly impressed. I highly recommended you try this. Will not be disappointed. Very pleasant staff. Simple decor, but the service & food will amaze you . Thank you so very much for an amazing meal.
